Niteangel is a private brand company based in China. (FYI) It is founded by a team of passionate pet enthusiasts who strive to design products that are natural and safe for pets and the environment. They are serious about the craftsmanship. I’m using a lot of their products for my hammy and so far I have no complaints.
Is there a such thing as too much space? I had a reptile that recently passed away and I have 1,100sq inches of space in the leftover terrarium, should I just buy a smaller one or is having A very large home okay?
I am a first-time hamster owner and have a double bin cage 2 large staralite 20×13 cages on top of each other connected by large hamster safe tunnels, and I buy her loofah toys, willow balls, orchard hay sticks and most bordem breakers from etsy and small pet businesses I also use a large custom pleypen and free roam her in my room, since I block off under my bed and closet and I give her a water dish in the lower part of her cage and a water bottle and dish in the top part of the cage and the water dish is a 3 in one, large hideout and food dish [which I put hay in] ❤
I currently have 2 gerbils that are 3 years old and I really love them and enjoy watching them. I always let her run around in part of my house to burn some calories and let them get the treatment they deserve. I really have been looking into hamsters and hopefully buying one and this is such a great guide/video to watch about buying a hamster! Keep up the amazing work and great job!
When I adopted my hamster, she came with a saucer and seems to love it! I did buy her a wheel right away, so she now has both a saucer and a wheel in her enclosure. :)
Making toys and platforms is great popsicle sticks hot glue or I think Elmer's glue may be safe but anyway I know popsicle sticks and hot glue are GREAT to make toys and platforms and you hammy will most likely fill there food bowl with bedding and or there wheel will sink into the bedding with out a platform
I have gerbils lol Also: never buy a hamster at A pet store I always try to adopt because pet stores just encourage rodent mills which are really bad where they keep hamsters and gerbils and other rodents in overcrowded cages I don’t really feed them as much and the mother she just gets breed as much as possible until she can’t have babys anymore and they don’t really care weather tumors or other kind of illnesses run in that particular family rodents they just only care about selling them and making more money and I just want to let you know this so When buying them you’ll be more aware the best place to buy them is from breeders, adoption or rescues @planetfishness please notice me
Okay I just wanted to say some stuff as being a hamster owner for a very long time I can say that you were dropped should not be fed to your hamster at all because hamsters it should never have milk it is honestly not good and if you do give them to your hamster if I should be at the most once a year Oso yes while the heights that you were stating are fine a lot of syrians could never fit into those hides so I would go for like the medium size and flying saucers are safe as long as you get the right size for your hamster but I do recommend oh so having a wheel and final thing is I would have liked if you added a little more cage Variety in there like the Ikea detolf prevue pet products prevue cage
I’ve owned hamsters a few years and my one suggestion is that if you make diy toys DO NOT USE HOT GLUE!! They WILL chew at any exposed little globs, which is hard to avoid when making things. Instead use wood glue on your popsicle stick creations ❤️ also appropriate wheel size is so crucial to their health
(I hope you read thisss😓)~ Pleaseeee do videos about my Betta fish cause I wanna know she sick or not 😓cause I just buy yesterday and I saw she's head got black colour a little bit but I'm so worry about it😰😓😓 Please do videos about how can they get sick. 😰
Hamster balls for robo dwarfs are fine if they have enough holes but not small enough where they can get limbs stuck. I got mine personally for when I need to clean the cage. But also on rugs they are harder to roll which will also prevent injuries
I’m getting a pet soon, and I had a hamster before. I used the wood chips and the scented bedding, and she didn’t die for 2 years. But now I think of it, the wood chips were scented and that might be the reason she died. But I don’t really know, She was a Russian dawarf . Thank you for your advice!
Great Video, Keep up the great work!!! Every product that you reviewed in this video seemed safe and I'm sure your new hamster will love whatever you create for him/her. I run a exotic animal rescue and love your videos!!! Great Job.
So I know this is a little different than what you're probably used to, but I was wondering if you could rescue or get a tarantula and show how to properly care for them!
Your videos are educational I learn a lot about different type of fish but I hope you do a video about saltwater fish because I do want saltwater fish I heard it’s hard to maintain them. All my favorite fish are saltwater. Stay safe and take care!
Honestly started watching you about a year ago love the content I started making videos again and it’s because of you you motivated me to seriously take my channel serious! Thank you!
Thanks for your extensive info! I've had hamsters before but didn't know about the sand and how deep the stuff should be for burrowing deeply. I watched the last video, and you said hamsters need way more depth for burrowing. How deep should their digging material be? Thanks
aspen bedding is also good for hamsters, but you don't want to make the whole cage aspen bedding. I have aspen bedding and I only make 1/4 to 1/3 of the cage aspen bedding.
hi i have a question what do u think about the topfin back light aquarium 3 gallon, is that tank good? and also can a goldfish live in it or just beta?
I got a Chinese dwarf hamster when I turned 10. I loved the thing. I did have a hamster ball but I didn't use it because I realized it was bad. It died after I had him for six months. Idk why but I always felt really bad. We buried him in our backyard.
I’m getting a bin cage for my Syrian hamster and I’m afraid he’s gonna chew through the bin cage idk if this is just me overthinking or if it is a good chance it will happen
hi can anyone tell me if fleece bedding (like the fabric fleece) is safe as bedding for a hamster? bc idk if I want to keep on buying paper bedding but if I do, then I will lol
Yes, but I wouldn't recommend it for chewers or as permanent bedding. Hamsters are borrowers and fleece doesn't cut it. You can use fleece in a playpen or play area.
This is a awesome video. Yes it’s important to have a carrier when I got my hamster and brought her home she almost chewed threw the cart-bored and almost got loose in the car lesson learned 😂
you can ask me if you arent sure about anything and hamster balls and hamster wheels balls just dont bumble food back problems and breathing probs exs and wired wheels bumble foot very bad aspen is a good bedding
if anyone is seeing this coment and wants to get a hamster please know that you shound never buy hamster cages from pet stores there always going to be small insted make a bin cage there cheap and hamster ove them so much
I have a 2 month old long haired Syrian who I just got 2ish weeks ago, She’s in a bin cage right now which is about 25Gal. I’ll be moving her to a detolf with rainbow theme accessories and white Kaytee bedding in a week and a half. Her favorite treat is broccoli which I give her a small piece every other day. She’s on a seed diet but I’m slowly transferring her to a more natural and healthy diet (Seed, Insect, Few pellets, Veggies). She wakes up at about 6-7Pm every night. An hour after she wakes up I take her out and let her play around on my bed for awhile. So far her favorite thing to do is burrow. If I, A child can be educated and give my hamster proper care then anybody can. ❗️Dont Impulse Buy Pets! Hamsters, Fish, reptiles etc. DO YOUR RESEARCH PEOPLE❗️
You also want to get a dust free bedding and Aspen bedding is safe but i prefer softer bedding so that they always have something soft on their feet
or hemp! :)
ok thanks i am planning on getting a hamster and this is really good advice!!!!
