    The Modified part has to be the best part.

    I have ALWAYS hated cardio. Like always. But you guys are slowly changing my mind. I could barely breath but there was a lot of movement to focus on so I didn't focus in how tired I was.

    Seriously you two, EXCELLENT JOB!! Form, function, and style. You nailed it all. If I could make a request, not a suggestion. Could you please pop out a couple of 7 or 8 minute cardio routines? I'm a middle school PE teacher in California doing the Zoom thing with my students, and 7 or 8 minutes fits in perfect with our lesson time. ;-) I could never look as good as you two, I've tried but it ain't happenin... Thanks again for your work.

    That first routine with the overhead jacks and knee pumps is tough to get the rhythm / sequence -- I managed to figure it out by Round 4|. Of course, then I was too tired for the 1/2 burpee heel clicks! Cheers for putting out this session!

    I found you guys by chance and will start doing your routines tomorrow. I'm 43 years old and I am 81 pounds over my "healthy" weight range. I have started to suffer for that with several health issues and being hospitalized twice in a two year time period for 5 days each. Its time to start healing! I will let you know how it goes.

    i did this routine well.... not the hold routine i did 3 sets lol. It was work and fun. love it. I will definitely continue. I am so glad this came up in my feed. I like that they get right to the point and the energy is awesome.

    I had to rewind 3 times to get the first move right. I made it 2 rounds then I had to modify the jumping because my feet start hurting.

      Chrissy H hiya I’m glad you gave it a try 🙏 sorry to hear about your feet. You may have slightly tight muscles. If you have a small ball like a tennis ball you can try and roll your feet with this to help relieve any tightness (do this daily for better effects) also you may want to stretch out the muscles of your legs calves, hamstrings, quads and glutes. Have a look in our stretch playlist if you need ideas for stretches. Foam rolling before and after workout is also helpful. If you continue to get this pain I would avoid jumping for a while and modify some of the more explosive moves. Also continue to apply these suggested techniques. I hope you find this helpful. 🙏
