I just ran an easy paced marathon in 25. It's a great commutable shoe, even better after break in.
I was so bummed out that the glideride was discontinued but this is a solid alternative
Isn't glideride being repalced by glideride max. It's still coming later this year.
Is this finally something at least somewhat similar to the Glideride 3? I love its combo of rocker, stiffness and cushion especially for longer runs.
I’m just curious if the Cumulus 26 has any similarities to the Hoka Mach 5 at all, or if the similarities end with the found contact EVA outsole?
Especially now that the Mach 6 has gone through a redesign I imagine fans of the old Mach design might be looking at the new Cumulus!
so this is better than saucony ride 17 and saucony triumph series that has powerrun plus foam?
Is it nylon midsole or what and how do you describe that foam vs EVA based foam? More durable? More energetic?
Thanks for the info Nathan! Although I get along with both the Nike AF and the VF, for me, the AF1 and 2 just feel more natural, effortless and faster. Based on that fact, which one of the MS would u recommend? Thanks again
Cumulus 25 not enjoy it for running... But good for walking... For me at least

Judging by the comments, I am not the only one that run out of stock of Gliderides (on my 3rd pair now) 😂 Hope Cumulus 26 is a solid alternative !

@@JTD33 Nope. I was a bit sceptical about the outsole durability of the Cumulus 26, so I opted for the Novablast 4 instead. Different type of ride compared to the Gliderides, but very nice daily trainer.
1:07 that’s some super fast wear on the outsole for only 30 miles. it shouldn’t wear out that fast.
Matt is extremely tough on shoes. That is fairly normal for him.

Is the 26 less wide in terms of platform width compared to the 25? The 25 got so damn wide that it became a stability shoe. Edit: I should've watched the whole video before my comment 😂
I appreciate you adding the edit but I literally can't stand when people comment questions on videos without watching the video. Makes no sense to me. Oh well.

Buyer beware Asics Customer Care services support doesn't speak English. I recently purchased 2 pair online 1 pair for my Mother and 1 pair for my Sister neither pair fit. I am in Ohio and Mom and Sister are Texas. Asics did not send a invoice with purchase which I thought was weird. I have made 4 calls to customer service. Asics representative could not speak English well enough to communicate I was finishing her sentences. This is making my exchange for a new size very difficult. I asked all 4 times to speak to a supervisor or manager it's been 3 days and I still have not received a call back or any information. Also made multiple emails with no response. Each of the 4 calls take 30 minutes to answer just to be answered by someone who's first language is not English. I have made multiple attempts to ask for help on Asics channel just to have my message erased. All of my personal own Asics will be going in the trash 🗑️. Call Asics customer service see for yourself. Never again bad business!
