Cooking oil
1 small chopped onions
ginger garlic
10 Tomatoes
8 scotch bonnet peppers
5 cayenne peppers
1 large onions
2 smoked mackerel fish
4 smoked hake fish(panla)
1/4 cup crayfish
seasoning cubes
salt
1/2 cup chicken stock
2 medium carrots
1/2 green pepper
1/2 cup spring onions
