That’s just not his way actually a lot of people add things in at different stages of cooking Jell-O fries I spend my whole day watching TH-cam and I’m subscribe to a lot of Nigerian cooks and I noticed that no one does the same thing some people at Cray fish and some people don’t I cannot have my jollof rice without my Cray fish 🤣 but at the end results it’s all good 😊

If y please allow him to show us his style of cooking. You are too controlling and want him to cook the rice your way .why bring him? he wants you to be quiet, but i see you can't help yourself. You should have been sitting and watching. We really didn't get much of his cooking style because you were instructing him all the way. When next you bring another chef, allow him to show us their style of cooking. Thanks
