What I don't understand, the hitmen charged $100,000, but Katie asked Charlie for $138,000 and $3,000 monthly payments on one-third of One Million Dollars. If Charlie was guilty how come he didn't know that ONLY $100,000 was the total he had to pay?

So, true ... a crime of that Magnitude, at his age, in Tallahassee, in Betton Hills was not something he or ANYONE would have EVER imagined ... happening ... TPD had no idea initially what to believe or think. May have even considered Road Rage out of a store parking lot area, a Hate crime because of his faith ... but, murder for hire and by his own family took most by surprise ... except for a few; close to the divorce or custody issues going on (behind closed doors).
Being from Miami ... his family never really gave it much thought ... Their plan would never fly or go unnoticed or unsolved.
Does make one wonder if that's why the family was willing to (temporarily) forfeit a million dollars; for property expenses for Dan to move to Miami. Sadly, there the crime may have never been solved. (Or, who knows perhaps more security cameras around Miami?)
Likely, what the 2 hitmen were doing the day before. Surveillance. Checking routes, address, the park area, cameras. Not clear how they knew when Dan left the home the morning of 7/18. Can't be seen from the park. Or, what route Dan normally took to get to the boys school. One would think Betton Rd but, maybe not.

Many neighbors are lame and cowardly when it comes to calling the police or reporting suspicious activities or gunshots, screams, etc. They do nothing--but hours or days later when the police show up, the neighbor will come and say to the police, "Oh, yea, I heard a terrible scream in the house next door and what sounded like gunshots a few days ago." The older I get. The more I appreciate people like this. Ones who always watch out the windows. Always keeping eye on the neighbors. As a young adult I thought people like this were just bored and miserable. But as a father I'm beginning to understand the need for vigilance. My grandmother lives in a nice development with tons of houses. Everyone in the development knows one another. They call each other on house phones anytime they see someone out of the ordinary walking or driving around. I stayed with them one time for a month or so. I couldn't even leave the house for a walk unless she called ahead to tell certain neighbors I was going to be out and described my clothes. I hated it. Felt like life in a petri dish. But again now I'm a father of 2 and priorities change. God bless this man.

Never in a million years did I think of telling the neighbour I was going to Texas. Well after two days passing without seeing me he had the hotel (connected to our homes) go in my home and see if I was okay. My car was gone. My dogs were gone. No sign of me. The killers were too dumb to think driving a rare colored Prius would be a big problem for them. Once the cops had the videos of that color car following Dan’s car , it made it much easier to find that exact car. I hope Charlie is found guilty. I do believe his mother is the driving force behind this murder. Charlie was this single and successful dentist. If his mother hadn’t bent his ear every day about Wendi and how much Dan was ruining all their lives he probably wouldn’t have known or cared about his sister’s marital problems. He will not turn on his mother or Wendi. The state has a lot of incriminating evidence against him. The Adelsons are incredibly horrible people. Wendi is cruel and selfish. Dispatcher taking too long, asking too many questions instead of sending someone more immediately.

I'm a former 911 Dispatcher and you are absolutely correct. This Dispatcher is taking too much time with the questions. EMS needs to be enroute immediately once the address is given

They need to call Robert to explain what she did to him in forcing him to marry someone he didn’t love and dumping the love of his life.
He rectified and left the family. Donna controls the other 2, still.
