I went to Sojo spa two weeks ago and it was amazing! Wasn’t too crowded for me either! Well worth the money and the two hour drive from South Jersey! I can’t believe I never been either! Can’t wait to go again and glad you agreed!

Summer in the city is just the dreamiest. If summer is *your* favorite season, you're my people.

Happy to see you having a good time and feeling well before surgery.
I hope the wait in the wings collab is just the first for Broadway shows. I feel like they are pretty fair in their approach. I would love to see the process get documented for every show if possible. I think history has shown that its not always the 'Best Musical' tony winner that is a crowd fave.
Sometimes things dont gain traction until its on tour or about to close.
I think social media is a great way to document things as well. Having a designated collector of the highs and lows of a show is awesome. What an amazing resource for fans and people in the business to reference.

Their work really is incredible. Was still super scary to put into the universe, but so grateful for what they do!

Your body might just be getting use to the pain. I have a frozen shoulder right now and most days I feel fine. Till I try to reach up, behind my beck or lift anything. But it's not killing me as it does most people. So I'm probably used to it is my guess. Best of luck with the surgery.

Watching this weeks later and seeing you purchase the roommate is a good “how Katharine inserts clues of future work” demonstration. 😂

"It rubs the lotion on it's skin or it gets the hose again." Silence of the Lambs. :)

Tia is referencing Silence of the Lambs. Buffalo Bill was the serial killer whos famous line is "It rubs the lotion on its skin..." You did ask to leave it in the comments......

Tia is too cool for me. I've clearly never seen it 🙃

Mind-body connection is definitely a thing, which is not to say that pain/symptoms are all in your head. But just like stress can aggravate health problems, the reassurance of having not only answers but a planned course of action can help SO much (lowering cortisol and blood pressure, helping you sleep better, etc), especially if it coincides with a "good" part of your hormone cycle. I hope you continue to feel good but suspect you may get one more reminder of what used to be right before your surgery.
Also correct, summer is amazing. Spring is actually my favorite but I love summer. I don't even care that it's hot. Everything is green and the days are long and the world is perpetually at play.
Edit: never seen it but I suspect the movie Tia is describing is Silence of the Lambs with Anthony Hopkins.

You're so right. Pain has aaaabsolutely correlated to my stress levels and plans of action. Bodies are wild!
And yes: summer is the best!! ✨

    1. Watch Silence of the Lambs.
    2. Accutane sometimes gets worse (acne purge) but then gets sooo much better.

I *so* appreciate this. Weirdly my current concotion of benzoyl face wash, azaelic acid, korean moisturizer, and spironolactone is totally working but if I hit another breaking point...I'm doing accutane.
