For anyone who has a Costco membership: their website sells quite a few high end perfumes like Baccarat Rouge, Tom Ford, Killian, Byredo, Jo Malone and many others for quite a bit cheaper than other places I’ve seen. Their scents change.. Lost Cherry and Tobacco Vanille are no longer there, but it’s best to check back every so often and see what they’ve got. They also have an amazing return policy, so you don’t have to worry about 30 days… or even if you’ve used a decent amount. Just thought I’d share ☺️☺️☺️

So, a weird one: E&J Nirvana Rose is a good one for fall IMO It is a rose forward scent but in a goth, melancholy way. Like after the last bloom in September and the weather turns darker and gloomier.
This is my first fall as a fragrance lover, a lot of the scents I have now are light and warm up in the sun, I’m excited to get to know how things will smell in the cold weather and to see which scents I prefer. I have a ton of samples I need to bust out!
Vanilla Burbon is amazing and it does last so long. I actually get a flowerbomb vibe from it than anything else. One that I love for fall and colder weather is Sol De Janeiro Cheirosa ‘62. I don’t get a summer tropical vibe from it like most people do, it’s always been a cozy warm scent for me.

I don't know if they make it anymore, I've had mine for so long because you don't need a lot for it to last all day. I love the brand instyle all of their products last all day on me, better then some higher end perfumes I've worn.
My favorites for fall are Lake & Skye Midnight 07, Coffee Break, By the Fireplace, and Nest Indigo. I was really surprised not to see Tonka by Solinotes on this video. It’s only $20 and is great for layering (though it can definitely be worn on its own). It’s not a standout/unique scent, but it’s a great, simple fall scent if you’re on a budget.
I will definitely be going to try out the mixbar scent you first mentioned! Also, it’s so funny listening to people who aren’t from Louisiana say “praline” 😂 love this video!!!!!
Bath and body has a new fall scent called midnight amber glow that I have not got a chance to go smell but sounds amazing. The notes are smooth amber caramel latte and vanilla bourbon

Honestly I need to find my version of the marshmallow fireside candle in a scent that is my goal! And never stop with your stories for each fragrance I love that ish. If you can get it nirvana black is so good. I really should try the bourbon version as I liked. both the black and white of those. Burberry brit is something else I am excited to wear in the cooler weather. Its more expensive but its beautiful.

Even though there is no leather or suede notes, something about it makes me think of Tom Ford Ombré Leather. It’s easily my favorite “cologne” type of candle they have ever made.

Ellis Brooklyn Fable, and Raven. Burke & Hare oils are amazing. Oh my Goth, any of them. Interesting scent is Memento Mori, with the Petrichor note. Witch City Wicks perfume oils also, Salem is good. Good video, some well-thought scents. Enjoyed it a lot.
I wonder if you’d like Lune Feline by Atelier Des Ors. It’s like an edgier slightly less sweet version of minuet et Demi. It’s a vanilla you’d wear with a leather jacket on a chilly night.
If you want to try some very interesting perfumes look into the brand Smell Bent. They are a small batch company. And they are some of the most interesting scents you will ever lay your nose on. You can buy small samples so you don’t have to invest in a whole bottle and they’re not very expensive even if you do buy a bottle.
Slightly unrelated but I NEED to know what you think of the Boy Smells brand and their not cute bottle. Haha It just launched at Sephora and I work there; I’m trying to decide if I want to try anything.
I try to like Bath and Body Works’ body sprays but they’re so weak compared to others. For instance, Sol de Janeiro, Victoria’s Secret, Body Exotics (try this one!) work a lot better. Do you have any body spray brands that have good projections?

how long does tonka by Solinotes last?
I would say it lasts about 6 hours with a moderate projection for the first couple hours and then an intimate projection for the rest. @@xenabbb

I try to like Bath and Body Works’ body sprays but they’re so weak compared to others. For instance, Sol de Janeiro, Victoria’s Secret, Body Exotics (try this one!) work a lot better. Do you have any body spray brands that have good projections?

It's funny that you describe Nirvana Bourbon as a hair product scent, because they DID have it in a dry shampoo format.
The only opposites I can remember is you like Marc Jacobs Daisy and that turns sour on me. Like thank you for Born in Roma. I drown myself in it.

A few of the ones she recommended are literally $5.95. I don’t think it gets any cheaper than that.
