This is my favorite scene in the entire film. The creators of GuP did a wonderful job and Klara is a true hero.

This is one example on why I'd doubt myself IF I'd be a leader/commander of any kind. Coping with the loses of my "men", regardless of rank/experience, or either me being sloppy/careless, or that they choose to endanger themselves like that. Which is why I'd struggle to not letting ANY soldier in XCom die for example.
