    Here in India its the most difficult task to remain productive at home due to our family system. It is so integrated that you can’t ignore the day to day tasks you have to complete for the family.

    Let me save the prospective viewers time. In summation:
    1. The golden hour - first hour of the day post waking up likely determines whether your day will be a success or not. So start the day with intent and purpose.
    2. Create a study plan and just stick to it consistently.

      @@rogger972 i can understand your feelings but this is not at all the right thing you're doing. Education IS important. The phone you're using for entertainment purpose , the house you're living in are from your parent's money who earned after they completed their education. All these things won't be available in future if you won't recieve education. Just study for few more years, then you can enjoy your life to the fullest. You scored A+ for so many years, you are really intelligent. I could never. Many children in this world couldn't recieve proper education, thus, are desperate to learn and study. You are getting it, so take advantage of it. I am sorry that your parents blame you even though you're so intelligent. Giving up is not always the option, dude. Sorry to interrupt ... But here in India ... Students face a lot of competition ... A typical schedule of a Indian student is like
    7 hours of classes / school / collage
    4-5 hours of coaching
    1 hour in travelling
    6-7 hours for sleep
    24-(7+5+1+7)
    Only 4-5 hours left ...
    This is the case in India for most of the students especially after +1

    In college, when I had a calculus exam to study for, I'd study for 8+ hours a day for the week leading up to the exam. On the day of the exam, every waking hour up until the exam was used for more study.
    Now that I'm out of college I want to study topics for my own enjoyment such as pursing a hobby, but I can't bring myself to spend more than 2 minutes on a textbook or a video without my mind wandering off and eventually losing all focus.
    I have no understanding of how to create the same level of urgency that a "failing grade" would have given me in school. I can always push a new hobby off to the next day.

    As someone who has ADD and isn't comfortable with taking meds long-term the struggle has been real for a long time. But as soon as you learn to USE your ability to hyper focus for good it becomes a damn super power (in some aspects of your life, I still suck at many other things apart from focusing even after decades of trying to find coping mechanisms... Things to work on)

    How about making a TH-cam video series every single 31 days(1 month) for adapt studying, then we have the habit, so we might not need motivational videos and struggle for procrastination. But it is a hard thing to do, but it might change all of us in our lives for a unimagined level. And if it is happening we have to get a introduction first and have a day to start it for all of with you. Then in that 31 videos we are doing all the things with you together🙂

    My dream is to become a doctor, but that is if you have a good grade in the baccalaureate. The problem is that I go to school at 8 in the morning and return at 6 in the evening, so time is limited, especially since we have 10 subjects, but I will do what I can and I will never give up. I will work with the mentality of a millionaire. If there is someone who advises me and has an effective way of working, no matter how difficult it is, please do so.

  • @mindyourownbastardbu
    @mindyourownbastardbu ปีที่แล้ว

    The thing that allows you to properly focus is interest. Curiosity and the desire to know is the important bit of high performance. If you are focusing on whether you are writing fast enough you are not really looking at the problem. You might indeed "spend the first hour sharpening your axe" organising and overviewing what you are going to do and how, and a little feeling of urgency is helpful but I don't think anxiety is a winning strategy.
    12 hours of constant study is a bad idea according to memory retention research. Mind mapping and summarising is much better than constant sequential focus.

He made the Excel plan for the girl, and that is another way to organize the time, but the WHY of 12h/day study is a no-go, is really missing there.

    Too much of anything is bad for you. Instead of spending certain days studying way too long, spread it out and be consistent everyday. Consistency will prove to be more efficient. Everyday study the lesson you learned. Don’t procrastinate to the point of having to do a ten hour session. Besides, ten hours is unnecessary. Don’t put school on a pedestal. I made that same mistake. I studied way too much. I got a 4.6, but was it really worth it?

    • @ruru20
      @ruru20 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@asiscandyshop648 Tbh I don't keep up with them anymore :( I am so busy due to uni that I barely get time for myself. I do listen to their songs everyday tho. There will come a time where you have to prioritise your life and mental health above everything. It's okay even if you're not up to date with your fave kpop group. Loving them and enjoying their music is also enough. But I can understand how it feels when you lose touch with you fav group :( It's okay bro life goes on.

    You are an INTJ. Focus is easy for you with cognitive function Ni that is 50% of your thoughts. Also your 2nd or teaching function is Efficiency. So even though people who have it as main function are better at it, as it is the air they breathe, they just do it but would not know how to explain it this well.

  • @Xinisterr
    @Xinisterr 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

    If i prepare 2 months before my exam well its gonna be useless. I forget what i study the next day revision can hold that information till a day or two extra but thats it. So i just study like 2 days before exam and yeah i forget everything after the exam. So it's really hard get myself to study sometime before exam because ik im gonna forget it anyway. Most people say this happens of u cram but well i just cant cram even if i want to. I cannot remember something without understanding it no matter how many times i repeat it.
