I really hope that no-one ruins things by giving you spoilers about River. Her story is such a fun one to discover as you watch. I love the Angels too.
Couple of fun facts. This is the first episode filmed in S05, so the chemistry between the characters is just amazing. The scene where the Doctor bites Amy's hand, he actually bit her hand in real life, and apparently her reaction is real (down to the "do you have space teeth") 🤣
One of the best two parters in the series! As for River Song’s story….well, Sweetie - SPOILERS! It can’t be told, but must be lived😉. It’s going to be quite the ride, for sure.
That scene with the recording of the Angel was scarier than THAT scene from The Ring! And if you’re going to flinch like that during jump scare moments, which was fun to watch, don’t hold a pen or anything at all in your hand. Thought one of your pretty eyes would get poked
@@ReactandRamble Same here; my Dad rented The Ring from Blockbuster and showed my brother and me that movie! A younger friend of mine used to do an impression of that girl from the well almost every time we went swimming at her grandparents' pool. Lol
The Smith and Capaldi seasons aren't my absolute top favorite seasons overall.. well... maybe they are I dunno... But I will say their eras are the ones I wish I could re-experience for the first time again. I was excited for you when you started this season but this is where the real nuts stuff begins. Also Alex Kingston accidentally kneed Matt in the knackers when she fell on him when entering the TARDIS there at the start. It was Matt's first day on set I believe.
@@ReactandRamble the Ninth Doctor needed more seasons, as he was incredible. By episode my favorite pair is Tennant and Tate. Series 4 is peak television. Really, most of Doctor Who is. Picking actual favorites is hard. I stand by Paul McGann being the absolute best incarnation of the character though. The audio dramas he's in are (mostly) incredible stories and even in the bad ones, and there are BAAAAAAAAAD ones, Paul always took them seriously. It's a crime he only got the TV movie as far as on screen Doctoring went.

That's another thing that makes it good the fact that you're continuing Doctor Who after Tennant, you will get more of her story and no spoilers, but her story is awesome! This video was a great time for me, I love the editing and the memes you constantly add, not a lot of reactors that I follow do that and I think it's a very nice touch. @@ReactandRamble Any spoilers about River don't spoil anything for me, even though I've seen all these episodes, because it's all so delightfully involved that I can't remember how all the spoilers fit together! It's a fun re-watch.
Don't take every single thing as gospel from this episode. ALL tardises make that noise, it's not "the parking brake", that was just a throwaway joke to make River seem smarter. The TARDIS _can_ be set for silent running, however.
So as far as river breathing goes she does ask the Doctor for an "air corridor" however the Tardis doesn't seem to appear until the last minute, however it's a time machine I just imagine the air corridor can be there before they even arrive, wibbly wobbly.
