Ciao! We purchased a little gem of a house in 2022 in Fabro which is a neighboring town of Ficulle. This is a fabulous area. Naturally beautiful. Conveniently located just off the A1. The broker listing this home sold us our home. They are excellent! Love your channel. ❤

I appreciate your work on this. Seems like you guys want to be full-timers. We're going the part-time route. Dream is to be able to fly in, train(s) directly to our town, walk to our house (hopefully no bus). Theoretically efficient, but adds some challenge to the search. You may become a Friday ritual for us...lol

@@wanderingwithwine Agreed - the family part is why we'll have to be part time and why I want to be able to get in & out without needing a car. My wife is a low-humidity person, so that's steering us toward Piedmont, the northern lakes, maybe Liguria...? Online resources on humidity seem to be all over the place - hard to know what's best. 🙂
Yep, exactly!! We can relate… my hair is also anti-humidity😂 Great areas🇮🇹✨We are exploring some other regions over the next couple of weeks… hotter regions, and surprisingly, the humidity is much worse where we live in the states 🥵

A lovely looking property in a beautiful location. How far is it from town and could you walk from the house to one of those great restaurants?

Cute home but with the lower ceilings and having only 2 bedrooms, appears smaller than the almost 2000 sq. ft.
Could see how it’s giving that… low-ish ceilings in the kitchen BUT we think the vaulted in the bedrooms and the sitting room make it feel open and airy. Love the terrace and extra space below ☺️ Thanks for stopping by to join us!! Have a great weekend, Scott!!✨
