I'm really enjoying getting to know your channel. I'm interested in moving to Europe. The real estate deals in Italy are very attractive, but I'm concerned about the political shift to the rather far right, recently. Also, I'm with Jaime: I hate the heat. Because of that, I'd written off Tuscany, but this episode has broadened my perspective. I'm still more interested in northern Italy, however. I hope you'll do more searching there, as well! One suggestion: When you're showing the need-to-know section, it's often difficult to track what you're talking about because the scale of the view changes so much from one map to the next. This is particularly true since the presence or absence of place names also varies between slides. I think this section would really be more informative if you could keep the zoom level of all the maps the same. Failing that, maybe outline the approximate shape of the town in question in a contrasting color, on each of the maps you use. Those things said, thanks for all your research and the friendly presentation style. Keep up the great work! And please do more research in the north! ...And unfurnished properties, maybe? ; )
