Hi lovelies! Thanks for the great video - I really love the main property. Very good floorplan & it's the quintessential Tuscan home - it looks warm & inviting & also has a lovely kitchen. It's huge - you could have two families living there. I don't like the yellow paint either Jaime - the cream is much better. I only got one quiz question right, but thanks for teaching me new things. B - you are so funny - we had a few of those HF's in high school 🤣😂 I appreciate your hard work and also for bringing us joy every week, you really do, & I look forward to every video. I really like the first one for $159K. Does it come with the furniture? The description mentions a "lemon house" what are they referring too? Who would I contact if interested? Many of you know I often mention my Nonna Lucia here in the comments. She & her sisters always had dried money plant on the landing like we saw in the main property. Today she died at 4pm at 96 years old. This video has inspired me to include money plant and a few of her other favorite plants and flowers in the bouquet I will lay at her grave . Riposa in pace. Viva Lucia !

The first two houses are fab, fam! The first oozes charm, is in a clean and gorgeous neighborhood, and has a great open floor-plan layout perfect for lounging and entertaining. To me, it has the broadest appeal and is move-in ready as far as I can sese. The second, I suspect might need some updating and appeals to anyone looking for that medieval and/or olde world experience. Really got my retire-now juices flowing this week! When are we moving?!

As a Brit, I find it interesting what you guys prioritise by comparison to Europeans; interesting that perspective. BTW I saw on another channel that the income tax in some areas of Italy that are underdeveloped is only 7%; I appreciate that US citizens need to pay US tax even when they live elsewhere but the US is the exception I think and this is therefore important for most people in the world. Do you know about this and which areas? Thx A.,
