- Today I'm going to give a makeover to one of my old Monster High dolls, and today we will make a Glow in The Dark Demon Ghost Bride! I've got glow in the dark doll hair and glow in the dark acrylic paint and I'm ready to start a new doll transformation.

The blue veins and pale sickly skin makes me think she was drowned by her would-be husband on her wedding day! She’s hauntingly gorgeous ;)

My backstory for her is that she married him for his wealth.. (Hence the pretty mask and evil face) and murdered him. Then when everyone found out they murdered her in some cruel way... I have a real messed up brain 🤣

@@PoppenAtelier my 6 year old daughter and I absolutely love your work! Were you just born this amazing at making dolls or did it take you some time to get this good? I want to start doing this with my daughter Sophia. Even if we arent that good it will still be fun seeing how much fun shes having and spending the time with her.
Please do some historical dolls as well. Like Marie Antoinette. Or like a VAT nurse. (I think we all agree that nurses and other healthcare workers deserve a shoutout for the work they do during this pandemic)

I love your art your so talented I've remade a couple dolls before but there not that good cuz of my lack of correct supplies and experience but I'm on an art course in collage and I'm really enjoying it
You should do a Clara Barton doll. She is considered the me of the mothers of nursing and helped create the Red Cross. She has a very iconic look that would be fun to recreate.
No joke, this is your best doll ever.
I love how her mask looks gorgeous and creepy at the same time. Like there is something seriously wrong with her, but she is way too beautiful and hypnotic to resist. It's not a easy effect to accomplish and you nailed it.

IDEA: Make a star shirt for your mini-you doll and change her shirt according to the shirt you're wearing in the video hahah
I love this idea! The star shirt is so iconic for Marina. I almost expect to see it in every single video lol. I love that she has a mini Marina now though. It reminds me of Dollightful's mini. How cute would it be if Marina and Dollightful could collab in a way that dollightful could film one of her videos of their minis talking together and working together!
her whole deal of 'luring in victims' and the fact that shes a bride reminds me of a rusalka- a ghost in slavic folklore of a woman who was drowned by her husband and would then lure men into the water and drown them (or tickle them to death, folklore has lots of variations) gorgeous doll!
it would be really cool to see more 'monstrous' doll makeovers too! like vampires or zombies or even fairies- your takes on them would be undoubtedly elegant and creative
Definitely the most scary doll you've ever made. I wouldn't want her standing in my home. I would be scared every time I see her. But I love the "glow in the dark" effect. You could make a glow in the dark fairy. Maybe glow in the dark Tinkerbell :)

@@PoppenAtelier Evil glow-in-the-dark Tinkerbell for your evil Princess series! And maybe a dark fairy in general that also is glow-in-the-dark! And an evil Princess Peach/Princess Toadstool cuz glowing mushrooms are a thing! Fyi, I think that there's other colors of glow-in-the-dark paint cuz I vaguely recall seeing a glowing pink paint once.

When you said 'Ghost bride', I immediately thought about Emily from the Corpse bride movie. These monster high dolls with the glow effect would be perfect for her ^^

I like how you don’t put the end product in the thumbnail like some other channels, it adds that element of surprise and makes me actually want to watch the video since I don’t already know what it’s gonna look like 😂💕

The ghost bride turned out gorgeous. When this pandemic is over I hope to celebrate my birthday in June at an amusement park with my friends. I wish I could afford a vacation.

This turned out amazing! I wasn't expecting the glow in the dark to glow that bright! If you ever feel like doing a glow in the dark doll again, it would be a cool effect for a neon, cyber, alien type of style.
I really love the face with the dark eyes and veins, probably because it is so different from a natural face-up. And what a great idea to replicate the face with the plastic!

I love all the repaints you do, but this one takes the cake! Gorgeous, creepy doll as is, but the glow in the dark aspect really takes it over the top! I'm in love.
Her face looks exactly like what we black metal fans call "corpsepaint" and it's like a battle mask for concerts, photo shoots, festivals, special events, etc.
Edit: I would LOVE to copy it for my own corpsepaint. This doll is badass.

You should go over the eyes with luminescent paint. Can you imagine that thing starting at you in the dark?
I did but the eyes glow less than the rest of the area's for some reason, probably because it's been applied over black color (at least this is the only explanation I can find for it)
@@PoppenAtelier I think the entire face should have glowed, except for the black surrounding the eyes. The face just seemed a bit too dark to me
@@dmoore8557 mmm... I prefer this effect... with the whole face painted it would be "flat"... I just don't know how to explain it.
I think that shadows and lights are perfectly balanced.
I think this is defnitley one of the coolest dolls I've ever seen!!! The mask was a good idea for her to get her victims

This was simply the most wonderful thing I've ever seen! I can definitely seen her story and how she lures lovers in facing them with her mask then as they walk away into the night from behind you can see her skull shoes and the mask drop. Yay! Love it!
