Are there any PS1 fans out there? I had a good time with this video and my "New" PS1 and bundle of games. Hope everyone enjoys the video and please remember to subscribe and like the video if you enjoy it!
I just did something I haven't done in a very long time which was buying 5xPS1 games, a GameCube, and a Wii game today and I have no idea about any of them but they were so cheap, it was worth it. My favorites I owned when the console was new are SOTN, Cool Boarders 2, Xeno Saga, Final Fantasy 7, Beyond the Beyond, Tekkens, Street Fighter Alphas, Dark Stalkers, Legacy of Kains off the top of my head.
Great video! I love PS1, I'd be happy to see more videos like this. For those who are new and don't know, every PS3 model plays PS1 and you can create a virtual memory card, so no need to buy one.
I still play my PS1 on a regular basis. Takes me back to better times of being a teen in the 90s. I always play the original Resident Evil trilogy every year or two, plus the old Arcade Shooters like Area 51, Crypt Killer, Maximum Force, etc Midway and Konami were top shelf back then.
I remember when resident evil came out that me and my friend spend the whole month together playing it till we finish it , was hard scary and lot of fun figuring out the puzzle’s
Hey @gamethrifter great video! Need some info, Im actually in the market of buying a ps1 with all the games loaded on a USB. Can you point me in the right direction?
More ps1 videos for sure! I was a n64 and sega nerd so I missed out on ps1. Didn't know many games for it and the ones I did didn't appeal to me back then! So now I'm going back and buying cheap games and it's been great. Got a large stash of games now! Been playing most on my ps3.
@@System_Sega I don't remember if it had an arcade mode, but stuff like Forza Motorsport is vastly different than the Forza Horizon series as well. I think there's room for simulation and arcade!
One thing I noticed nowadays is nobody wants to sit and watch another person play a single player game. They'll do it through online videos where they can fast forward and everything. But nobody wants to be in the same room to watch and trade off the controller and take turns on the same game. They either want to play together or against each other at the same time only.

Always good to collect! Great list of games too!

Glad you enjoyed!
Check out a lot of the RPGs if your into 'em. PS1 RPGs are great!
I've been looking for them! Found a nice stash yesterday!
I still have 700+ games for PlayStation1
Holy cow! That's a heck of a collection!
What is your favorite Ps1 game of all time?
@@ryancirrone3343 GT2, RE3,2 FF7,8 Tekken 3, MGS,

That's awesome! I actually play mine often as well. Like NFL Blitz and Crash Bandicoot. Had trouble going back to Tomb Raider though lol

why get the console when u can play ps1 games on Playstation 2 and 3?
Nostalgia? The PSX is also a console that doesn't take up much room and has a cool screen that can be attached!
tarzan giving me "The Lord of the Rings - Gollum" vibes. That was last year and was worst game of the year ha
Nah, Tarzan is actually really fun!

You might want to try eBay for something like that.
You should do more of ps1 games videos i remember growing playing ps i enjoyed your videos great content
I'm trying to find more of those games, my PS1 collection isn't the biggest or best right now. I rarely see those games in the wild.
I have just picked up a PS1, to add to my collection. I may seek out a gamecube next! Lol😊
You really can't go wrong!

Doesn't look like people were into my PS1 video lol But I'll keep an open mind!
I used to get to Tattooine on the episode 1 game and just murder everyone lol. Good times
Then everyone says "He's the Jawa Killer" lol
Gran Turismo 1 and 2 where average looking even at the time. The Ridge Racer and Wipeout games looked better.
Those games weren't as good as GT in terms of racing though. Arcade games vs simulation games are vastly different IMO
@@thegamethrifter Nah, Ridge Racer type 4 is the best Racer on the PS1. Also, didn't Gran Turismo have a Arcade Mode?

I need to get my ps1 screen fixed
Those screens are awesome!
For PS1 and earlier just emulate.
Some people like to play console and actually collect. I'm some people.

Back in the day we'd get a lot of couch co-op games, not as much these days!
