Well, the time has finally come, let's cleanup every area before going to the final chapter. This includes some boss hunting, which can be really dangerous at this part of the game.
Just like in previous BN games, after defeating a boss on its main story chapter, their 'phantom' will be hidden at a specific part of the Internet. However, Battle Network 4 handles them a bit differently. Instead of a V1-V2-V3-Omega progression, it's more like V1-V3-Omega. The presence of an Omega Navi can turn each area into a ticking time bomb, so I heavily recommend you to wait until the end of your first run to fight them all.
As for the other important aspect of this 'cleanup', we have Blue Mystery Data, and Purple Mystery Data. It's required to get all of them before moving on to the next playthrough, because they will respawn with new rewards if the original ones have been collected. Most of these grant unique upgrades and chips that will be required for completion.
This is a pretty minor episode, as some sort of break in between big chapters, but don't worry, next time we'll be finally going deep into the Undernet.
