The work that Kevin does is not for amateurs and is very strenuous, but at least he is free from paying rent, energy, water and other taxes. which can't be cheap at all in England. He is free and knows at the same time. other places. very good 👍
Im watching the driving on the left. Some memories for me.....driving around countryside in sussex to do L200 clutch in a horse stable....and a 12volt 3/8 snap on impact gun....😊
Mr. Williams the clutch ninja never sleeps! 🥷That Pug tranny gave you a nasty thumb pinch after you fought the awkward suspension setup and all those stud bolts. Thanks again for all your efforts: Your Volvo V50 2.0d video was of great help when I did the clutch on mine. I wish you good health and good weather going forward! 👏
That Peugeot 407 designer really gave suspension a thought on how to make it as difficult as possible to change or remove a driveshaft. In heavy machinery I had JCB frontloaders I really didnt want to even think of working with just bc of the design desissions made for not being able to maintain things that broke often. Like hydraulics hoses etc. Just why make a suspension like that on a peugeot Enough to hold up an army truck :O
I can guess why such the suspension was designed for this car. The car weighs 2 tons 40 kg for 2.2 liter engines. There's a lot of cast iron and metal under the hood. Also, this suspension gives a very smooth ride on bump surfaces, the car literally floats along the road considering that it is heavy. Visually, the suspension seems like a heavy thing, but in general, disassembling and reassembling it is not difficult.
Interesting way of talking down and putting up a Transmission. My question is you'll travel about 100 miles to do a job, about how many can you do a day to make a decent profit after expenses? Thanks.
What would you have done if the subframe bolt on the Mondeo had just spun because the captive nut had sheared off ? I’ve got a 2001 Mondeo that has never had a clutch change.
My semi auto 3008 Peugeot 2013 rocks forward and back when changing gear and shudders on pull off is this gear box or clutch as had clutch and flywheel done drives really bad lol like no joke drove like it for years Peugeot main dealer every garage in my areas dnt now u could make a whole video on my car its like riding a horse its rocks forward and back so bad you need a neck brace loool when in low gears if u ever in birmingham way i beg u drive my car see wot u think cars gave me anxiety looooool

Great video very helpful info. But that's amazing hard graft and I love your setup with the mat's.

It is quite a bit of overkill if you asked me. It wasn’t the easiest to be fair. Video makes it look so. But reality a bit different
Top work as always
Is it not worth you getting a small pop up gazebo, keep the rain of you.
How yoo dooin, alright !
👍👍👍
Hi, how do you put the transmission oil back in that you drained out at the start or did I miss that? Thanks

Nice work as always Kevin from this week which gearbox was the heaviest.

There’s a hole just enough to fit a ring spanner on that nut.
Sometimes it may require a slight incision. Nothing a few sutures can’t put right after.
You do not show how to drain the transmission oil. I think it is better to show.

Don’t attempt semi autos. You need software reset for it to ever work again.

Rubber grease on order, Kevin? 😀
There’s still a bit to scrape out from the bottom of the barrel 😂🍻🍻
