    I cried when I passed on my 130TDI Sport Passat estate. Effortless motorway eater at 70mph/65mpg. Got a Golf7 Bluemotion 2ltr good for 70mpg on a motorway trip. Always fancied a sleeper PD Polo. Loved the little clip showing the timing belt, proper wide one.. Non of your Ford wet belt shite. Great job lads..

    Mapped very very safe , should have been 300+ safe with that spec surely 🤔
    I do understand keeping it safe and slightly less power though if the customer has chosen to do that level of power mods and totally neglected any sort of tyre/brake or suspension mods , not a chance id have been doing that without the supporting mods done first from a business point of view , going to be very easy to end up in a hedge , standard suspension and brakes on these was diabolical

    • @VmRyanMv
      @VmRyanMv 4 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      @@that_escalated_quickly2720 and what ? If it smokes ? Who goes out into the world to build a big power pd and worry about a bit of smoke? Personaly in my opinion if you have a bigger enough fuel cooler injecting big fuel will help keep pistons cool in a sense, yes we all know more fuel = heat but I’d rather make 320+ and have smoke than make like 290.

    • @that_escalated_quickly2720
      @that_escalated_quickly2720 4 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      @@VmRyanMv making more smoke might produce more power like you stated, but it also takes a much bigger toll on the exhaust valves, which get problematic on the pd once you overdo it... The heat is just too much, your turbo doesn't like it too... Also, you have the risc of washing out the cylinder walls oil with the fuel... Running these risks in order to get 30 more hp is plain dumb. Get a bigger injector and turbo and supply proper air per fuel and be happy about having 320-350 HP

If I had to say something about lanoguard having never used it myself, it's probably a good option for DIYers. I personally prefer Bilt-Hamber's Dynax range and have used them on my own car along with Hydrate 80 as a pre-treatment. This Era of diesel engine was when a diesel engine drove like a diesel. A whacking dump of torque then change gear and go again. Common rail tried to make a diesel drive like more of a petrol and ruined the experience. Seat Ibiza FR 1.9 TDI was one of the most fun cars owned.
