The hate part is obvious... I guess the love is... snapping them? I love snapping them and hearing tiny little stir stick screams (mostly in my head as I lose that last scrap of sanity).
@@TheHolm I only kid, I don't really feel much about them at all! They're great because they are pretty uniform in their size and shape, so it's good for regular build, and they're sturdy as well so they can hold weight and shape well. The only real complaint is that they're a pain to cut and because they're randomly coloured wood, they're a bit of a pain to paint!
First you need to stick it down with white glue, wait around for 6 hours before realising you needed to use hot glue 🤣 love the instructions. Amazing farmhouse, love Stardew Valley and this is perfect!

I found your channel the other day and have binged nearly everything! I love your crafts and now I am encouraged to attempt a thing - for somebody who has never crafted anything ever, would something like this be a good place to start? Bricks, wood design, structure....glue...I don’t even own paint but I so want to try!
Well there's lots more coming so don't worry about binging and running out of stuff to watch! And ya! This is a perfect one to try (especially if you don't do the insides)--it's squares and rectangles, and a few triangles, and can mostly be done with junk you definitely have lying around.
@@NorthoftheBorder ok I did it! I bought some clay and paints and other various items on clearance. I made an apple! It looks rotten and like it sat at the bottom of a backpack, but I did it. What do you recommend to use or build to use as a holder for items I paint? I had a really hard time keeping my hands off the apple to get to all the sides and crevices.

I'm super bummed that the perfectly timed scream got lost during rendering. It really added to the whole effect, so if you watch it again, just scream when the camera shifts up and you'll get the idea.

Sometimes the youtube algorithm actually gets something right. I have been obsessively playing Stardew Valley again recently. I don't make minis.... I've never watched videos of someone making minis as far as I know. However I am crafty and do watch videos for stuff like cross stitch, sewing, and crochet. Now I can say I will be adding at least one channel that makes minis to that list because this was a fucking delight to watch and thank you.
The wall appears to be brick with capstones. Very popular method of finishing brick walls in my area, it makes the wall look more 'deliberate'- so it's an aesthetic feature, and not just a barrier

The wall appears to be brick with capstones. Very popular method of finishing brick walls in my area, it makes the wall look more 'deliberate'- so it's an aesthetic feature, and not just a barrier

Literally the chillest game I've ever played. "You play as a farmer, planting and harvesting crops. In your spare time you talk to neighbours" doesn't sound like a description for one of my favourite games ever.
Definitelly not, but this game saves my sanity after playing something like The last of us, my friends are so skeptical when i tell them about it, but after seeing your comment “it’s the video game version of playing with puppies” i know how to make them play, best description.
