All Terrain VS Mud Terrain Tyres - Which Is Best For YOUR 4x4?

Should you get all terrain tires or mud terrain tires for your 4x4?
In this video, you will learn how to choose the best set of offroad tires for your 4WD depending on your particular needs and the terrain that you are going to encounter.
We are not strictly talking about AT vs MT tires but rather explain how more aggressive tire tread is impacting your 4x4 performance on mud, sand, rocks, snow, gravel, and asphalt in comparison to a less aggressive tire.
The tires I show in the video are: BFGoodrich All Terrain T/a KO2; Goodyear Wrangler DuraTrac; Silverstone MT-117 Xtreme and Cooper Discoverer AT3.

I would say you can go one size up from the stock tires unless you are ready to trim your wheel arches - then you go bigger.

Hey, that's a good topic for another video :)
In a nutshell, there are lots of pros and cons in general.
Most 4x4s have huge plastic bumpers that get in the way offroad and could easily break.
But when we are talking about the Jimny, in particular, you don't really need one - the stock bumpers are very compact (especially the rear one) and the risk of breaking them offroad is low.
Of course, you could put a steel one if you want to and if you won't get into trouble with the authorities.

Bigger than 31" on stock jimny is prettu much useless.
im running 33"" on my jimny stock and it really struggle to keep the wheels spinning. 6.5:1 ready to get in.

Jusat got the parts from poland, so i can fit the 6.5:1 sammy tcase in it.
but im not sure if my stock axels can handle the 33s. only one wau to find out i guess hehe
