The joke is that Eureka is not getting trash.. I've gotten so much good stuff I didn't have to sell on marketboard. I was having hard times selling Bozja loot, but not the Eureka stuff. I feel Eureka is better.

Meanwhile Bozja gives non-stop stacks of frags usually worth several tens of thousands of gil wholesale to really valuable cluster buys worth half a mil to 1.5 mil gil depending. And not only that, Bozjan coins are always worth more than the loot boxes because you can sell the Bozjan Runner's secrets for over a million gil a piece (and you ALWAYS get Bozjan coins). If you spam CLL, you're basically guaranteed to have enough coins to buy a piece in just one day (to say nothing of the call frags all being worth a nice chunk of gil too). And Bozja still has it's own multi-million gil mount in Dal (and spamming Dal can let you incidentally farm DRS frags which sell for shit loads of gil per frag). I farmed both Eureka and Bozjan and Bozja just gives more consistent better pay in the same amount of time and can farm it without needing a discord party or friends to coordinate with (Discord lockbox parties and BA runs are lucrative but have to be preplanned with forced downtime between runs and still rely on rare drops for the biggest payout). Meanwhile you can just jump into Bozja with in-game chat and just start making bank. Eureka needs luck and/or a preplanned discord party. And for the farming experience, Bozjan lost actions and holster are just blatantly better than Eureka's lost logograms and holster it's not even fair lol. You can be an actual one-man army while Eureka you gotta already be level capped with all the stat buff items and waste thousands of gil in frags just to get a fraction of that power (and can still easily die to a lot of stuff anyways lol). And of course Resistance Relics just look better than Elemental Relics. Don't get me wrong, Eureka has unique and cool experiences Bozja never will. But if you want to make the most gil and feel baller while doing it, Bozja just blows Eureka out of the fucking water. Tl;Dr If you want to make a lot of gil really fast with minimal effort (even solo) do Bozja. If you want to do something that takes a lot more setup and coordinated effort for far lower payout, do Eureka.

when i was a wee sprout leveling cul i made like 1000 raisins and proceeded to mail those to my friends, at least one of whom still has stacks of raisins in their inventory that they eat for exp buffs and remind me of them periodically years later. and now that i'm deep into the eureka grind i'm mailing a different buddy the logograms i won't use or can't sell. less funny than indigo stars because he actually thanks me for it lol

19:30 The Bear Fat situation is that... bear with me... every single item made with flower uses them. Every. Single. One. It's always a flower, a mineral water mined from somewhere and the bear fat. The flowers are usually more valuable than the corsages though (crafters trying to fill the crafting log will buy them) so try selling them if the price is good.
I can imagine: You start your first ffxiv stream, just hanging out in starter city, when a small but angry creature runs towards you. You think this is it, you'll die. But then you are being gifted some minions. You accept them and the small but angry leaves running.
its always fun when one achievement is earned for earning 3 or 5 other achievements, so you get a lot of points all at once. crafting and gathering achievements have a lot of these, like gathering a bajillion things at every level range in ARR.
That red chocobo fight at the beginning was my first real dive into Bozja. I had no idea what I was doing, but did get a chuckle out of the reraise spam you got.
Congrats on winning the duel! Gabriel α is one of the mounts I want the most. It’s my favorite robot mount, aside from probably Landerwaffe the robot dragon. And funnily I think Mudpie is a pretty great minion too. It’s strangely adorable.

I do minion give aways to spouts too after spending grand company seals. If you gotta do it again, dont camp the aetheryte - too much afk. Camp the Drowning Wench. More often people on their way to somewhere and the inn and you can catch them then

Since last week's video, I have mined 20 times in level 1-10 nodes in La Noscea, mined 300 times in level 11-20 nodes in the Black Shroud, mined 300 times in level 11-20 nodes in Thanalan, defeated Hesperos (P4N) for the tenth time, defeated Exdeath (savage) for the tenth time and obtained the final tier of knives (NIN) for the Endwalker relic. This last week was worth 65 points and I currently stand at 19,220 points (ingame), or 18,135 (Lalachievements). I am ranked #75 on Adamantoise. Having defeated Gabriel and Lyon last week, I have spent some time trying to defeat Sartauvoir but to no avail this week. I also spent a lot of time this week working towards gathering achievements, which is very slow. Good luck to all you achievement hunters out there! Edit: Congratulations on defeating Lyon! I'd say the "easy" way of passing Lyon's mechanic in which he jumps to the other side of the arena and you try to swift around to get behind him, is to play a job with a large, quick gap closer. Sprint just a bit before the mechanic (during the earth AoEs) then run on the other side and use the gap closer and you'll be behind him a bit before the following AoEs reach the middle and cut your path. RDM's Corps-a-Corps is a solid example, at 25 yalms. WAR's Onslaught is 20 yalms, NIN's Shukuchi is 20 yalms... Anyway, I used that and never had issues with that mechanic. It's much more difficult trying to go around, for sure.
Slow and steady wins the race! Your gains are making Great Strides toward a big payout of points! Happy as always to end the week seeing your progress :)
Bozja duels are also a way to get Jet-Black and Pure White dyes, since they are a possible bit of loot from lockboxes in both zones. So especially if you can do any of the high damage, sub30s kill combinations on the duels it's a nice place to stock up on dye before the inevitable price hike at the start of Dawn Trail.
I looooove handing out minions to randoms Yay Lyon finally down! Grats! --- For awhile I was doing it a little too frequently that people started to know i handed them out lol I think my favourite interaction though was giving one out to a sprout, finding out he was the father of a different sprout i gave minions to a few weeks ago and he was like "I know you! You gave some to my daughter and made her so happy!" ;a; I should do that again... haven't done any hand outs since Halloween....
proud of ya for clearing the final duel! I got into clearing the criterions this week. Really fun content. Gotta prep up for the savage versions to get that Epic Hero title. Got all the trading cards now aswell so that's another thing done. Think next thing on the list will be raid achievements or rather the ones where you need to clear the raids multiple times. Still need those for stormblood and below

I was feeling that giveaway. Once IK was spring cleaning FC vault and had to give away like 30 minions. It took almost 2 hours of screaming at limsa rock before they were all gone.
i'm honestly surprised the total gil amount wasn't higher, but looking at it as 3.6k per single box is actually pretty generous considering most of the boxes are downright worthless lmao they *are* very helpful for making your completion % go up though, regardless if you actually use the stuff or not. congrats on all the points! :)
the low level materia can be turned in to mutamix in central thanalan for the chance of it turning into crafter/gatherer materia which sells for much more
I too know the suffering of giving away free stuff in FF14, I once got hundreds of outfit coffers from the firmament and stood in front of the waking sands handing them out. One of them was naked and I told them "PUT SOME CLOTHES ON" They said "Ok O_O"
Opening 1600 lockboxes by clicking each one of them. And here I am asking for "open them all option" or "appraise them all" instead of one by one :P Btw: I always take Coins from notes exchange, then exchange them into Bozjan Runner Things and sell them parts on MB for 1 mil piece at least. Lately on Louisoix Feet Parts (499 coins) were going for nearly 3 mil. People love them Feet that gives haste :P
Sort of funny to see the valuation of all of the lockbox items at this point. Back when Bozja was current content none of that was worth anything outside of the rare dyes. Even the quaintrelle skirts were under 10K each and people were literally giving away the Gabriel mounts lol

been working on the luminary tools for crafters, only three to go
Been working on Once and Future Queen and Azure and the Omega for several months each. Managed to get both done last weekend!
Luminary Tools as well, gatherers done, just the crafters. Alongside unique leves.
Major week for me. Smokin' II through VII, ocean fishing achievements for Indigo and Ruby routes, Fisher got to Lv70 and ALC was thrown to 90
I'm still working on the whole "git gud" thing I've heard of, achievements are just sort of happening on the side while I do that. :'D

When you open the Zandor lock boxes you should put those minis on the other side of the table for an epic Warhammer army vs army

Foray content like Bozja and Eureka is some of the best content in the entire game. I'm glad they're coming out with a foray in Dawntrail and definitely missing it in EW.
I was feeling that giveaway. Once IK was spring cleaning FC vault and had to give away like 30 minions. It took almost 2 hours of screaming at limsa rock before they were all gone.
So I did the math, and it was 54.9% Magicked Prism (Indigo Star). 894 prisms out of 1628 boxes.
i'm honestly surprised the total gil amount wasn't higher, but looking at it as 3.6k per single box is actually pretty generous considering most of the boxes are downright worthless lmao they *are* very helpful for making your completion % go up though, regardless if you actually use the stuff or not. congrats on all the points! :)

the low level materia can be turned in to mutamix in central thanalan for the chance of it turning into crafter/gatherer materia which sells for much more

Btw: I always take Coins from notes exchange, then exchange them into Bozjan Runner Things and sell them parts on MB for 1 mil piece at least. Lately on Louisoix Feet Parts (499 coins) were going for nearly 3 mil. People love them Feet that gives haste :P
You can bind the lost actions to keyboard keys so you don't have to lose time clicking them, helps a lot

Sort of funny to see the valuation of all of the lockbox items at this point. Back when Bozja was current content none of that was worth anything outside of the rare dyes. Even the quaintrelle skirts were under 10K each and people were literally giving away the Gabriel mounts lol
