I have always had best luck running a properly tuned NT carb with the correct jet and upgraded mesh filter. It gets me to 38mph warmed up, 34mph cold. Stock 66/80 China doll. I'm pretty sure i got extremely lucky with it (ebay kit) for being a no-name engine 😅
