How to fix lawnmower with Water in the gas tank

My Lawnmower start then dies, I figure it out what’s causing the problem. Hope it helps you guys!
I only spend $6.88 for the Carburetor spray cleaner and save $100-$200 cost of labor
Empty the gas tank and let it drip until it’s dry. Before putting new gas.
Tank hose need to be drip and let it dry.

We bought this from a guy who know how to build it, so some parts are different I see three brand name of it, Troy-Bilt hood part, the machine cover is craftsman, and when I open that cover it’s Briggs & Stratton.
