    Hello Doctor..I have a question about 5-HTP..I watched the video about 5-HTP and noticed that it depletes dopamine..How can I take 5-HTP without depleting dopamine

      @@DrJanelleSinclair I actually watched the video and he recommends taking both together 5-HTP and Tyrosine..but I mean I can never take 5-HTP alone

    Good afternoon thank you very much for helping us understand are problem like have no sensation when having sex my doctor doing branch of testing found nothing till I started to hear you talk about dopamine and serotonin we never did those tests like my testosterone level is like 500 and plus with no sensation down there so what you think I can take to make sure my dopamine serotonin levels are good cause my cortisol level is good so please let me know what I can tan take for that I may not be able to pay you for help but I lift you and the hand of god almighty to protect you and the family

    What are your thoughs of Matcha benefits [L-Theanine] helping with mental clarity and cognitive function;? It's know that consuming matcha tea that has higher levels of L-theanine can help you stay focused throughout the day and help reduce anxiety & stress.

      Matcha has caffeine in it, so it depends if you are sensitive to caffeine or not. If people have anxiety or poor sleep, I prefer they keep off caffeine completely.
