    Ingredients for 4 servings:
    - 500 g of pork cheeks
    - 3 shallots
    - 2 cloves of garlic
    - 2 tablespoons of honey
    - 10 cl of dry white wine
    - 5 cl of water
    - 1 bay leaf
    - thyme
    - 20 g of butter
    - salt
    - pepper
    Preparation:
    1. Heat butter in a Dutch oven and sear the pork cheeks until golden brown.
    2. Meanwhile, thinly slice the shallots and garlic. Add the shallots to the Dutch oven to sauté until golden.
