Thank you this specific podcast. I am stage 4 pancreatic cancer currently being treated for 8 months with first line chemotherapy, oxaliplaton was discontinued recently . I am doing well with slight tumor response. I was told I would need to fail traditional chemotherapy prior to trying a clinical trial. I do not live in a city with oncology sub specialists or a research facility. From what I heard in your podcast this is not the case. How does an oncologist not know this? I of course want to explore all my treatment options for myself and be able to contribute to the future of others through research. I did have testing through Foundation 1 and am PDL1 negative but my specimen quality was not adequate for additional testing. So many questions. Thank you for your content.

Clinical trials.. my husband entered with the hopes of getting the best treatment.. said it was handled as a lottery.. come to find out he was put in the placebo category.. he had to get out of the trials in order to received radiation for his stage 4 hereditary prostrate cancer.. As for myself .. I am stage 4 NSCLC .. never offered a single trial.. we are both at the same cancer care center.
If would be manufacturers of NK cells knew that there is a demand and money to be made with NK cells, we would have, off the shelve NK cells with CARs for every antigen.

Have you tried fasting and sugar abstinence (or maybe even better a clean ketogenic diet) in the non-fasting periods...?
