That’s bad ass I own a Jeep Wrangler and Cherokee 3.6. Is love to do this to my Cherokee maybe someday I went with a LT1 for my for my wrangler tho. Iv been in heavy jeeps with 40s with a ripp and it’s great for stock jeeps but if u have heavy mods on it. It just not the same has the power of a v8 even if u can match the speed it’s effortless in a v8 u can still feel the 3.6 struggling on hills and when u has it but On a stock Cherokee seems like a great value for the hp
Do you have a before dyno curve to compare to the after dyno curve? The improvement from 200HP to 365HP is impressive. Your explanation of HP measured at the wheels and related gear ratios was helpful. I'm sure this is a warranty killer but after the warranty expires it would be great assuming the motor isn't to badly worn? Any comments on minimum recommended engine conditions for bolting on your superchargers?
How does this affect fuel consumption? How much more does the car eat? How much from 0-60? How bad will the transmission and motor be in the long run? No overheating? And how much does this setup cost? And would the average person be able to install on their own? Thanks

what are the gas mileage improvements? I would imagine the gas mileage would be worse lol. More air, more fuel, more power. Should the fuel injectors be increased?

NO - You cannot just bolt on a (any) supercharger without tuning, our kits come with tuning. A supercharger is very involved in that injectors, spark plugs and coolant are all being worked on. The exhaust is a plus.

This would be a great fit on that vehicle. If you have a concern about the 85k mileage, the large majority of our customers have vehicles well over 100k, many even over 200k. As long as the vehicle is well maintained you can enjoy it for many years to come.

Just got a 2020 Grand Cherokee V6 Altitude fully loaded. There's something to be said about boosting the 6 over just getting the V8, as much as I love the 8. So, can I do it? I think supercharger is easier right, but I'd go for whatever, there is so much room in the engine bay. Any sites that talk about this?
The 2016 and up are different kits than the 2011-15 we will be introducing the 16+ kits next year. Yes, SC is easier, yes it will make V8 power and get better MPG and yes, we drive our kits daily. The brown one was owned by RIPP and completed over 100k miles.

I probably won't do it myself, I'll find an installer close to me here in the Greater Toronto Area in Canada, I'm sure there are plenty in an area with 10 million people lol, but it's not the US, so we do suffer with choice and cool stuff. It's important to me that the Jeep will feel normal day to day, and won't have issues. I had a supercharger on my '91 Trans Am GTA 5.7 and that was great, nothing done except the supercharger, with just some minor tuning.

Hi i was looking online at these on summit racing and it says it must be dyno tuned. As far as user friendliness goes can i take this right out of the box, bolt it on, and go about my way or is there more to it? Also, one was 6800 dollars and one was around 7 something. Whats the difference between the two?
@@ProWindowz_Inc We certainly are aiming to make one. Currently our R&D schedule has us working on 2 new kits well into 2023. At current it would be a 2024 project at earliest.
The brown one in the video below is high mileage and the other video is top ten FAQ's and covers the topic. In short, we have had no issues with trans in these vehicles. They have held up well for us even in towing.

I have this exact JEEP, same year and all and I have been wanting this kit for some time now. My ONLY concern is reliability down the road. I have 35k miles and I want to have it well into the 200k range without issues. Can you speak on the reliability of the internals of the motor with the added HP/Torque?
i Jump thanks for watching. Our clients with RIPP Supercharged Wranglers have gone over 100k supercharged miles totalling 140k on the vehicle. The engine and transmission are stout and we are not pushing limits. If you look at the Mopar V6 cars we're doing they produce 460whp
This is my daily driver and I can say without a doubt she runs better than when it was stock. I don’t beat her up by any means but when I want the juice to come out she has power for days! My recommendation is do it!

I assumed if you put a cold air intake on it, it would need an obd2 tuner to adjust efficiently?
Nah, you wouldn't even need it, it comes with a open filter and there is nothing a partition will do to make more power.

Sure, no problem, your vehicle will make slightly more power in 2wd mod as it has less drivetrain loss than the AWD vehicles...

Get an AwD v6 Cherokee and beef it up and have a baby track hawk 5.7 hemi Cherokee would be ideal for the project as well.

It's important to me that the Jeep will feel normal day to day, and won't have issues. I had a supercharger on my '91 Trans Am GTA 5.7 and that was great, nothing done except the supercharger, with just some minor tuning.
Can you set it to make less boost and power in order to increase long term reliability? I'm concerned it will blow my engine and transmission.

For everyday driving in city/hwy to work and back and weekend leisure, what is the fuel economy once supercharged? Naturally, pushing it will make huge power and draw fuel but while babying it, what is the impact?
I have 3.6 2011 grand Cherokee other then what comes with the kit do I need to do anything else to the vehicle after installing everything

Hi i was looking online at these on summit racing and it says it must be dyno tuned. As far as user friendliness goes can i take this right out of the box, bolt it on, and go about my way or is there more to it? Also, one was 6800 dollars and one was around 7 something. Whats the difference between the two?

Not for the new body style Grand Cherokee. Currently our kits stop at 2021.

Question with this set up. How do you the transmission in these hold up over time? Mine being a 2015 are known to have issues.

The brown one in the video below is high mileage and the other video is top ten FAQ's and covers the topic. In short, we have had no issues with trans in these vehicles. They have held up well for us even in towing.
This is mildly off topic but I have a 2015 Cherokee with the 3.2L V6. will this supercharger work on the 3.2? If not, do you have a CARB compliant supercharger for the 2015 Cherokee? Thanks
No sorry we do not currently support the FWD transversal lineup.

I have this exact JEEP, same year and all and I have been wanting this kit for some time now. My ONLY concern is reliability down the road. I have 35k miles and I want to have it well into the 200k range without issues. Can you speak on the reliability of the internals of the motor with the added HP/Torque?
i Jump thanks for watching. Our clients with RIPP Supercharged Wranglers have gone over 100k supercharged miles totalling 140k on the vehicle. The engine and transmission are stout and we are not pushing limits. If you look at the Mopar V6 cars we're doing they produce 460whp
This is my daily driver and I can say without a doubt she runs better than when it was stock. I don’t beat her up by any means but when I want the juice to come out she has power for days! My recommendation is do it!
