I really didn't felt like paying 200$+ for the original. So I bought it. Pretty nice quality overall. No looseness whatsoever on mine. The only thing I didn't do was to apply the rubsigns, by principle. Looks great with my Legacy Menasor.
I had bought alot of these knock offs in a store in Shanghai and sold them. Menasor was a gift for my nephew and only complaint is the legs. They don't lock onto the heads of the figures being the legs. There are different KOs of this, one made in Shanghai and the other in Guangdong. The Guangdong KO has the plastic clamps in motormaster that will grip the heads off the leg figures as the original G1. For a collector to seek the better one, better to buy it from in Shenzhen city not Shanghai.
the orginal g1 motor master didnt not have the claps in his leg to connect the heads of the legs. it has always been an open small square for the heads to go up in.
I love the Stunticons G1 Toys, even Motormaster and its strange cubic robot form. Great car modes (How could you not love those BIG turret guns for the cars !!!), great robot modes, great tech specs, and even greater combiner mode. Too bad that the box art is at the former level.
I have this it's great. after transformering over and over his legs are loose where the heads connect into motor masters legs. same as yours does. but still great toy. I bet the orginal did the same after alot of play
some knockoffs are pretty good. I was able to get reissues soundwave casette tapes at a local Walmart of all places, plastic tapes with metal. For blaster I got the knockoffs. Only difference in build quality was chrome vacmetal weapons instead of gold, fully plastic with no metal pieces, and no TF stickers. The blue tape's robot head does not spring up very well, when compared to soundwave red/black tape that pops up the moment you move the arms. Not sure if the walmart reissued blaster is the issue or the knockoff tapes but one of the tapes did not fit inside blaster. For a tape to have sitting inside blaster's boombox, was it worth it paying $45 instead of $100? yes.
I ordered a knockoff Stunticons about 12 yrs ago. I only removed one from the box and that was Dead-end. I had a hard time trying to transform it and then l stopped. I was afraid I might break it.
The rub signs, as I understand it, were implemented originally with the mini-spies, but after that, to all Transformers, so people could identify a genuine Transformer as opposed to the many knockoffs around at the time.
its 99.9% the samething. if you transformer your orginal g1 stunticons over time they will get loose. this ones is the same. I have one over time the only thing that is loose on mine. is when in combine mode he leans back from his leg connections. clear nail polish fixed that problem for me. just like it fixed alot of loose org6g1 transformers for me. pretty much the same. china has the molds for g1.
I don't feel so good Mr Stark. You paid a hundred bucks American for that? A few years ago maybe 10 at this point they were selling those around here for 15 Canadian shekels plus taxes. Which is like $12 or $10 us. I bought the Devastator one at the time because the packaging was so close to the 1980s Packaging I in hindsight wish I'd have bought the aerial Bots and stunticons as well as bought one of the knockoff Robotech Fighters. They have the knockoff Robotech Fighters that turned into a robot basically Skyfire but with the black Robotech stickers. People don't realize you used to be able to get those knock offs on eBay for like 20 bucks and now it's like they don't even exist. I used to see them all over eBay and now you can't find them wish I bought a couple back when they were at the mall for like 20 bucks still really glad I bought that Devastator it was all a 15 dollars and I think it's got screws on the wheels instead of pins I never took it out of the package. More recently bought a knock off of Devastator that they were selling at the local drug store for $5 each that eventually I'm going to take a little packages and put together see how it matches up to my childhood Devastator lol
this was my dad first combiner he got this on his 7th birthday
(The offical one of course)

This Channel is exactly what I was looking for, thank you..............subscribed.
G1 dragstrip had a floppy chest...plus 1 for original feel

I might get that the Canadain makes it jump up some I ordered the insectcons and trail breaker from them

So were rub stickers originally built in to the transformer and not stickers?

Oh, and they were stickers.
Meeen Menasor is SOOO hard too find even the third parties are pretty expensive and, for some reasons, there's no CW Menasor ko :(
Try to review the knock off devastator
my KO is not loose he is very tight I think with these KOs its hit or miss. so there is that
I wonder what it’s like in comparison to the real one.

The printing on the copyright text is how you differentiate fakes from the original. The box is also "spaced-out" different.
Not to good that Menasor the KO Devastator looks a lot beefy
they are the actually the same mold same size
Hmm this is temping if it’s not horrible.
Where do you buy KOs?
Ali Express mostly
@@ToySpotlite thank you
They are not cheaper than original reissues huh
Well, a little cheaper, considering Tonkanator was 100 bucks. So cheaper than Hasbro would probably sell them now.
