- In the world of Transformers, Abominus is formed from five Terrorcons. They can all be found in this “reissue” gift set, which is a knock-off/counterfeit of the original. But how is the quality? Captain Kyle reviews to see if this holds up to the originals.
The Terrorcons are a Decepticon sub-group consisting of Sinnertwin, Rippersnapper, Blot, Cutthroat, and the leader, Hun-Grr. They form the powerful combiner Abominus and seem to also have some affiliation with the Quintessons. This counterfeit is a duplicate of the original giftset and contains all the stickers, instructions, tech specs, and the decoder.

I wish we had more background and origin story on the Terrorcons and Abominus. It was kind of cool on the animated series how they explained that Grimlock got a temporary brain boost and would up creating the Teknobots and Computron.

Abominus was the only combiner team I ever had growing up, and I regretfully sold them in 2021. After seeing this video I'd love to grab this to replace my original set- and I had lost Sinnertwin's pistol back then too.
My favorite combiner team. Love these terrible cons. The concept of Blot being a literal snot-goblin is hilarious.

Another amazing box set I actually have this one. I also have the unique toys abominus I love it south.
Managed to get this guy for 60, well chuffed. Should make a great companion piece with KO Computron.
Just a bit of advice. Don' t use sinnertwin for a arm. The neck joint is too narrow and tight to bring down. And if too much pressure is put on it, it will break. A lot of second hand sinnertwins have reglued broken necks.

That is amazing quality for a counterfeit 80s toy. Obviously why the originals aren’t worth anything
I bought this guy for 50 euros, is it worth?
Consider that's about $53 US, I would say you got a good deal.
