What’s the Ijamsville area going to look like in the coming 5 years? Any construction or developments? 10 mins from urban, 10 from Damascus, 10 from new market, and 10 to i70 and i270
Ijamsville doesn't have any major developments on the books just yet (that we know of). But major projects that could impact Ijamsville are the new Monrovia High School coming in 2033 behind the Truist Bank, and the potential for Monrovia Town Center to be reintroduced to the county for approval. That is a massive development that was shut down years ago.
@@movingtomaryland Aaah, Ryan homes and their plywood homes again. When do you think housing market will be back to normal again. Home prices have shot up 40%, people are being called back into the offices again. When will Frederick home prices be back to being Frederick home prices again
@@rammanohar8161great question, if by normal you mean balanced, it could take some time to have inventory on the market within that range. Frederick is not a market that will be negatively impacted by people working back in office spaces. It’s becoming a hub for Life Sciences and has an incredible local economy. Towns farther north and west would likely see impacts from the drawback of work from home. I really appreciate your comment!

My grandfather farmed that ground in the 1950's. They rented from the Renn family. It's a shame to see it turned into houses.
