Fun fact about Blooper Surfing in this game, if you hold up on the controller, every Blooper will move just as fast as the pink one, making the green blooper the best one by far.
TawksickMewtwo Yeah, it's pretty cool. I know a lot of really obscure tips about this game. For example, the Cataquacks can be killed on Gelato Beach by stunning them and then using the dune buds to send them flying.

I think he purposefully left out shines like that cause a lot of the Delfino Shines are complete jokes in terms of difficulty.

Pachinko is fine, you just have to know what you're doing. It's the only shine I find remotely tricky anyway. That and maybe Yoshi's Fruit Adventure. And the darn watermelon festival.

I think the rocket nozzle shine that is on top of the tower is really easy. And the shine where you pay a random man some coins to get thrown into the building. Also the one where you blast through the door to get into the jail is easy too. Those were 3 shines I thought were easy.

I actually had a lot of trouble with Scrubbing Sirena Beach as a kid. I didn't know about the A+R move, and thought the best way was to throw the barrels and I also always saved the Nokis during the timed portion.

There is also a hidden shine in gelato beach. You’ll see a dune bud and out comes stairs. Spray the deepest face of it and you’ll get the shine
I only agree on a few of them. For me the easiest one was one you don't even mention, It's in the main area where that one guy throws you into a building. Or one of the sprites you get by simply cleaning one of the bells in the plaza area. Or that golden bird in either the same area or Noki Bay.

I honestly think the easiest shine is the 1 in the building under where the yoshi egg sits. Literally all you need is to have unlocked the turbo nozzle & turbo your way through the door.
Second easiest, in my opinion, would be the one in the top of the little tower of the building that has the big crate on its roof. All you need for that 1 is to have the chuckster pianta toss you through the window to it. The only reason this isn't the easiest, to me, is bc it may take 2-3 times of him throwing you to hit the window just right to break through it.
#3 can actually be bypassed to fight petey instead. Hover from the windmills to the path and you can climb up top. Still need to beat the 1st one for 100% obvs

How about Pinna Park 100 coins? Simply just select episode 2, go to the mole that fires bullet bills at you, then start spraying water at the bullet bills that are being fired at you

Or what about the Shine you can get after getting the Turbo Nozzle; the one where you break the cabana doors near the Delfino Statue in the Southern plaza (Maybe not this one, since you have to get the turbo nozzle first)?
Those were just what came off the top of my head, but this was a good list!
