@@erlewis82 thanks I appreciate it.
One of the great things about VN is that you can live as expensive as you want (eating Western food, travel by taxi and car only, etc) or live as cheap as you want AND STILL GET QUALITY FOOD AND SERVICES.
@@20luzer52 100 correct. That's a huge reason why I'm living here.
I was there two months ago and ate for $6 a day. Food to so very healthy, delicious, plentiful and cheap. I lost 15 pounds eating more than I usually do. They say it is because the food had no chemicals like in the US. I had so much energy and vitality there. I’m headed back
Yes food price is awesome and good quality of food. I love this city. Thanks again for watching the video.
Love this vid bro and u have a great speaking tone . It’s calming ✊🏾
Thanks I really appreciate it. I'm very happy that you guys enjoy the videos. I try to get out as many videos as possible as I can as quick as possible. Thanks again appreciate it so much. 👍👍

I love this video ❤
@@angduytien8174 thank you. 👍👍
Got me hungry!Great vid, always great info!
And CHEAP. Haha.
Thanks again for sharing
Danang looks amazing 😊 best city for expats especially foreigners
It's awesome that's why I constantly come back and stay here.
Nice one.. I like the food videos!... we also get to see the area, and people.. great stuff! Thanks Will.
Thanks Steve I appreciate it. I just literally added a membership option I have four different choices. If you enjoy watching lots of food videos and unedited raw footage, My digital nomad monthly subscription is going to contain a lot of raw footage. 👍👍
We are in Da Nang for the second time. ❤ We love vietnamese food. 🇻🇳 Just subscribed to your channel. ❤❤ Keep up the great content.
Wow that's great. I love this city. I really appreciate you subscribing and checking out all my videos. Thanks for the words of encouragement. 👍👍
you find all the cheap prices and gems
Haha I'm naturally cheap or atleast VALUE CONSCIOUS. But there's a lot of cheap stuff I found in danang that wernt included in this video. But I will try to show those other places in future videos.
*Bánh mì, bò, xúc xich, trứng, ba tê* !
I've heard not to have ice in your drinks because it could make you sick. Unless the ice was bought from a filtered place. Is that true?
Yes that's a smart idea. Basically the two ways to look at it is if it looks like regular ice cubes that would come out of a tray I probably wouldn't drink it. But if it looks like that nice fancy ice where they have the circles and the holes in the middle then 99.9% sure that's clean fresh ice from an actual clean source.
Really Good video, love your documentary educational news style 🎉 had to watch it a few times the photography was first rate. So loved it thanks 😊
@@Jo..2 wow I really appreciate that comment. I'm kind of torn on doing the voice over or doing the live talking while I record the video. It's much easier to just talk on camera while I'm recording but sometimes I don't get all the footage an audio when I'm out. But I appreciate the comment a lot. 👍👍
I loved the voice over it was so professional and I got to see so many things, the colors the vibrant ambiance it was exciting to watch 😊 thank you so much I appreciated it @@Willtravelz
@@Jo..2 once again I appreciate it I can't thank you enough. This is literally my first month being monetized so I'm just like a baby starting to learn how to walk with this whole TH-cam channel. But once again I appreciate it and thank you again for watching.
Play back this video and listen carefully to the way you say the last word of every sentence!! It's like you're asking a question?
Just had the Bo Ne and it was fantastic! 40k or ^$1.63 is a great price.
Thanks for the tip!🙏
I'll definitely be back and try the sausage iption for 50k next time👍
Ahh yes, Mark from San Juan La Union vlog. I watch and am subscribed to him. He's a great guy!!
@@NoMortgageNomad yes he's out here right now. Nice guy him and his girlfriend are out here.
Nice one, is Bac My An market a good place to get imitation clothes? Is there somewhere can recommend?
Definitely has clothes and bags. But other markets have more as well.
Do you trust the beef as beef? Maybe a silly question but needed to ask. Thanks bro.
@@Calichris2 I do trust the beef. I actually eat a lot of beef here that I actually buy from the butcher shop and cook myself as well. But I've never got sick here in Vietnam off any food. I've been to 19 countries since 2019 and I don't even remember getting sick in any other country as well. But I have no hesitation to eat beef at all here no problem.
@@Willtravelz thanks will, I love
Beef too.
@@Calichris2 I wouldn't worry about beef out here it's perfectly fine. All I pretty much eat is chicken beef or pork. Those are the three meets I eat I don't eat any seafood.
Vietnameses raise different kind of cow, the meat it's slightly more chewy but more beefer taste and sweeten. The parts often served are tenderloin (they hate fatty beef) or even tendon (compare to Wagyu mostly fat >80%), so it's more chewy but much more rich in protein and easy to digest.
Weird how the sweets are less sweet but the coffee is super sweet.
@@susangarrard2753 yes sweets are definitely less sweet here than back in the USA. Also a lot of cakes are steamed instead of baked also.
@@Willtravelz will I can’t find the pork chop restaurant. Is it by the My A Moon Milk or the other Moon Milk?
@@susangarrard2753 yea 2 doors down from moonmilk in The main road here's the exact address.
132 Nguyễn Văn Thoại, Bắc Mỹ Phú, Ngũ Hành Sơn, Đà Nẵng 550000, Vietnam
Very cool- cannot wait to see some of these places myself. What about coffee?! Are there better places than others in DN?
I'm not a big coffee drinker but there's tons and tons of coffee places that won't be a problem. I do want to try the coconut coffee and the egg coffee I've heard those are pretty good.
Ummm ... Yummy!
👍👍
When I first moved to USA, I really could not eat the food as I found it to be salty and pastries were too sweet. It took me a long time to get used to it, just saying.
@@judymckee5992 I definitely notice a big difference from the sweets in the USA compared to the sweets in Asia for sure.
I listened to the 4 hour livestreans as a podcast at work. I essentially get paid money to listen to you talk. 😅
@@klnskljafdskl haha. That's great. Get paid to learn about Vietnam. Once again I appreciate you watching the video.
😂
I've watched all your livestreams. I was the person on your 1k sub live who was asking most of the questions. Back then there were only like 2 to 6 people in your streams. Now you get 20 plus. Great growth in a short time.
@@klnskljafdskl yes I remember you. The channel is slowly growing.
Great job bros 👍
Thanks I appreciate it. 😎😎👍👍
*Cơm tâm sườn, bì, trứng* !
Yes I get that at my local restaurant every time I go to that place.
You should try the Bo Ne on the corner of D. Ng. Thi. Si. and An Thuong 14 (or 15?) 😊
I will have to look into that. Honestly this is the only restaurant I ever had bone at. But it's definitely one of my favorite foods in Vietnam.
*Cà phê sữa* ! 🧋
2 bucks can't even buy a good hot dog with a drink in the States.
The best deal in the USA is that Costco dollar fifty hot dog and soda. 😄😄 But besides that you can't find any deals like you can in Vietnam.
I thought of another subject maybe when your gf returns - shopping! There must be something worth buying in Vietnam (that might be interesting to westerners).
Yes I'm definitely going to do a lot more videos whether they are recorded long form content to upload, or if they're live streams. But I am thinking about a lot of different video topics. I might even go to the mall this week and show off with the malls in the city offer.
For sure trying that Russian bakery ! And steak and eggs !
Yes I like the Russian bakery I found it a few months ago.
And I could eat NY Cheesecake every day, but I dont
awsome for what you paid
Yes the city is great for value you get a lot of bang for your buck.
Hi. Can you recommend a affordable luxury hotel to stay in Da Nang city center? I want a stay where I can walk around to restaurants, bar and etc. I will be there Mid Oct. Also, can you recommend a few good vietnamese seafoods restaurants. Thanks
@@blade6533 so I'm actually going to be doing some luxury hotels soon. As of right now I don't know any luxury hotels especially if you're looking for on the other side of the river almost everything that I know is on the beach side but in the next week or so I will be posting a video of luxury hotels and luxury apartments.
@@Willtravelz Thanks. Do you have recommendation of places to eat in Da Nang especially vietnamese seafoods.
@@blade6533 so I'm terrible on giving recommendations on seafood since I don't eat it. But what I can say is there is a restaurant that's right directly across the street that has fresh seafood and I see a lot of people eating there and it's directly across from the my khe beach. I can't remember the name off the top of my head but you can't miss it. Also throughout the city almost all the Vietnamese restaurants offer some kind of seafood. So I think you're going to be pretty good on almost any Vietnamese restaurant that's going to offer seafood. I just don't eat seafood. I'm a picky eater I eat beef chicken and pork. 😄
nice!
Thank you. I appreciate it.
Sounds like you started the trend of reverse immigration. I just heard that people are leaving Canada because it's getting so expensive there.
@@jakenguyen7374 I technically left the USA back in 2022 but I did go back for a short time to save up a little more money. But basically after 2023 I'm a full-time traveler.
In Vietnam, there is no such thing as breakfast, lunch or dinner. People can eat any meal for breakfast, lunch or dinner.
Yes very true it's different from the USA where they have certain types of food for certain times of the day.
Its personal choices when it come to foods and time of the day. I usually eats pho or huu tui in the morning. Then rice in the afternoon, then evening more like family dinner. But you can goes opposite of what i just mention above.
@@AndyTN64 yep true That's the great part is not only is there so many choices but there's different varieties of food as well and it's all reasonably affordable.
*Bò né* !
That's one of my favorites.
Oooohhh no! 😅 you dont need that!! So much foooood!!
just don't compare the rice paper 'pizza' to a pizza.. you will be disappointed haha
Oh yes definitely I haven't even had the rice paper pizza yet. But they do have that version of that food in the market video that people describe as a Vietnam rice paper pizza. I've only had one pizza here in da nang And it's not bad it does kind of hit the spot when I need my pizza fix.
@@Willtravelz If you want a pizza in DN, I can say that the only place to go and not be disappointed is Pizza 4P's but you'll need to make a reservation or you could be waiting upto 2hrs.
@@son_o_day yes I've heard people mention that pizza place. The problem is I'm a budget traveler and that pizza I heard is very expensive like 10 times the price of local food. So I just settle on getting a buy one get one free at Chevys pub, back when my girlfriend was here we would take advantage of the buy one get one free pizza.
WIll.........I know its probably not your style since i was on your video chat and I KNOW you want more subscibers.......TRUST ME....get some night life videos with the women. A lot of foreigners enjoy it. Even if you hop around to thailand which is a hop skip and a jump away. Hey it is about making the $$$$ my friend. GIVE IT A SHOT OH,,,, and be careful of eating all the pies and cookies and sausages.........LOL
@@mikelee7972 hey what's up Mike. I actually would love to do a nightlife video, the only thing that really stops me is I have a GoPro that I mostly use to shoot all my footage. And the GoPros quality at night is not that great. And for myself I just hate having lower quality footage when I upload it. Maybe my fans wouldn't mind the quality as much at night so maybe I should give it a shot. But the only reason I haven't done it is like I said the GoPro at night time quality is not that great. But maybe I'll just do a video and if you guys are fine with the lower quality at night then maybe I could do some more night stuff.
@@Willtravelz what do you have to lose.......live and learn........but you would be surprised how many more hits you will get........then again i dont know the vietnam nightlife but look at ( i believe he is called ) epic king and he does videos in thailand .....if you dont see him...LMK but he has a ton of subscribers......then check out Adulting hard........i met him in thailand ( bangkok ) but i was a subscriber and ran into him and a couple of americans at the thermae cafe in bangkok, we all hung out for 2 days then i went to pattaya for a month!!!!!!!! Just give it a shot........obviously as long as its safe.

Say, people. If the cheap prices out here doesn't bring home to you the reality that Western Regimes are fleecing us and treating us as cattle, I can't help you. Sure, Westerners need a higher wage and the comparison is not totally valid, I get it, but upon looking at the prices of cigarettes and alcohol, and the low tax and VAT here, my point should drive home to you.
20 cigarettes -27,000 dong / 90 pence / 70 cents (this is an eye-watering 13.80 pounds in UK)
Large bottle of rum -110,000 dong / 3.50 pounds / $5 (this is 15-20 pounds in UK)
VAT - 8% in Nam / 20% in UK / 2.9%-7.25% state sales (no VAT in Murica)
The UK especially is being f***ed in the a** The British State is a parasite.
@@teacherrichard2081 the prices are getting crazy especially in USA.
@@Willtravelz It's a painful reality, buddy. Yanks should think twice about their aversion to socialism (which to a Murican is ANYTHING not turbo-capitalist. I've never understood Muricans hysteria re socialism).
Officially the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (the country's full name) is Marxist-Leninist, but you of all people would know, like I do, you simply wouldn't know it when living here. Beautiful country; beautiful people who in many ways put our Western people to shame.
Thanks to Vietnam Government, farmers, workers and small business really pay low tax. Local gov support a lots for farmers. Thats why the price of food is still keep low when CPI of US and Europe are fuking high.
