Where have you found the cheapest place to buy body and hand lotion near the beach? I have been going to convenience stores and the pharmacy, but they want $7 for a tiny tube.
Hey Will - Great to see your Bo Ne heaven is still in business 👊🏻👊🏻👊🏻
@@user-ep3ck5re4o yes they are back open again. 😎😎
hey will..whats the name of the place you stay again ??
@@khuongdaiviet Muong thanh apartments.
Hey Will - any idea why the street market faded ?
I'm not sure I actually thought it would survive and be decent with the amount of tours in the area. But I guess people like to go outside this area for markets and it was not that cheap it was kind of expensive. Also I think a lot of the vendors have left so I think it's a combination of issues.
🙏Will 👌

Do you apply for E visa or agency take care of everything?
I have done both. Recently I had better luck getting a new visa approved by going through an agency.

Hey Will - how’s the weather been ?

Hi, I’m having trouble with portrait to apply for e visa
Yes that's one of the issues people in the past had. I would recommend sending it to your email then taking a screenshot of it and resizing to a smaller size. When the portrait visa picture gives you an error it's due to too big of a file size.
@ thank you 🙏. I did that. You’re awesome 🤩
What is the number of the public bus that takes us from the airport in da nang to the city center?
@@MyLifeThai371 I actually don't know that. I will have to try to get that info. But my best suggestion to you is to use in drive (an alternate cheaper version of grab) it should cost you around $3 to $4 USD from airport to beach area.
@Willtravelz Can I walk from the airport to the city center? I thought someone mentioned in the TH-cam comments that the airport is only 2 km from the city center with the dragon bridge...
@MyLifeThai371 most tourists stay near the beach not near the dragon bridge. Besides the dragon bridge that area doesn't have much for travelers.
@@Willtravelz What is the name of the district that the beach is at when I do a search on Agoda for a hostel?
@MyLifeThai371 my favorite area near the beach is called An Thuong. Which is where you see most of my TH-cam videos that I record.
Saltydog in da nang. Will its me Martin
Hey buddy.
Hello will, Saltydog (Martin) in da house
What's up Martin. Nice to meet you the other day. 👍👍
I'm really enjoying your videos, just subscribed. Lots of good info. I'd like to suggest getting a mic for recording on the street, or maybe raise the volume level while editing. I'm struggling to hear and don't want to miss out. Might just be me...I'm a bit hard of hearing.
I think you are probably watching the Livestreams? I don't have a mic for my phone when I do Livestreams. But my uploaded full videos I have a really good mic. I will figure something out when doing the Livestreams on my phone.
Hey Will are there studios available in your building??
No studios here just 1 and 2 bathrooms here.
@@Willtravelz thanks
@freepoor no problem.
You can travel with as much money as you like anywhere in the world. You don't have to declare under 10,000. Anything over 10,000 you must declare and pay taxes on.
Yes true. Most of the time when people ask that question they usually mean without declaring it.
I always enjoy stumbling across your older videos. Cheers Will!
@@erlewis82 thanks I appreciate it.
Hey brother. It's been a week. Just thought I would say hi
@@mrnobody339 hey what's up.
Moon milk caters to expats. If you go to a local market like Mega Market you can find many more products and cheaper prices. You can even go to street markets for even lower prices
Yes you can find it for slightly lower at both of those places. But that's why I mentioned that Moon milk is much easier to go to especially since you would have to take a grab and pay both ways to get to mega Mart or the mall every time you needed to go to the store which would end up costing you more. Also I don't find the local markets that much cheaper maybe 2,000 to 3,000 VND which is not much cheaper at all especially if you have to go a decent amount away to go to the markets. Also moon milk at least the one that I go to has a lot of discounts of 50% off on items. It's a good balance of price and variety if you don't want to cross the river and go away into town.
Will strikes again 🙏👌💪💪👊🏻
😎😎
Keep in mind, in Vietnam they have 2 types of Coca-Cola. One local and one imported and of course the imported one tastes different, in a better way and it's double the price😅
I never see the regular Coke here. I always see less sugar and no sugar.
@Willtravelz they have it at SOCOmart and some family mart outside An Thung The difference between viet and original imported is the text, the imported one has a white sticker slapped on the can with the ingredients written in Vietnamese and it's usually double the price😬
@yamuiemata I will have to see if I notice that next time. I don't think I have seen regular Coke here.
Thanks for sharing the nice beach in Da Nang
Thanks for watching.

Hey Will !where we off too
I like this view better!
@@NoMortgageNomad yes everyone likes that view better. The problem is TH-cam "punishes" people that shoot in that format. Meaning I get 10 times less views and no one from TH-cam shorts sees my Livestreams. So it actually hurts my views and potential subscribers. But it does look better. Sadly TH-cam is heavily promoting portrait mode and highly encourages portrait mode not this format that this video was recorded on tonight.
@@Willtravelz I completely understand Will. TH-cam does weird things. Also, I do have a question about Google Voice. You said you have a backup phone. Does Google Voice allow you to use the same phone number on both phones? Thanks for your reply.
@@NoMortgageNomad yes I can log in on both phones on the same 1 Google voice number.
Hey Will you could organize golf packages. perhaps you could setup their hotel, pickup and golf booking.
@@DevineOne I don't know anything about golf. I do know the Koreans bring there golf clubs here and go golfing SOMEWHERE here in danang. I just don't know where.
Hey man I live in the Philippines but I have been really thinking about coming to Danang I enjoy your vlog if can reach out to me and give me some more insight that would be great

i had vinaphone stop after two weeks i switch to viettel
Interesting. Did you go to an official vinaphone store to set it up? Or at airport?
@Willtravelz airport so friend of mine said just get different provider
the rice you bought is ‘broken rice’- best tasting. locals choice.
It all tastes like rice to me. 😅
The guys who shooed you away should be told that he had no right to shoo people away from the sidewalk.
@@HandleOne 😅😅 maybe he thinks he owns the city.
I'm Vietnamese and personally I'd always prefer Viettel. You'll always get service no matter where you go, no matter you are at, in an elevator, down in basements, up on the mountains, in the middle of the ocean, in between highway/ railway tunnelss, etc. if Viettel isn't available in an area be assured there won't be any other carriers operating in that area as well. During big events that lots of people gather together somewhere, Viettel most likely will be the only carrier with working service provider (call, text, data), I used to have MobiFone and during such events (New Year countdown event) the cell tower will just crash out and refuse to connect to my phone (no service, no call, text or data). Plus Viettel is the only 5G ready carrier in VN right now.
Great advice. Nice seeing your girlfriend back with you.
Thanks I appreciate it. 👍👍
Excellent video Will. Using google voice from Vietnam, you can call anyone in the USA? Could you receive calls from USA on your google voice in Vietnam? Appreciate your info very much. Thank you.
@@plainwhiterapper1 yes with Google voice you can call and get calls from usa. That's what I currently use to make and get calls here in Vietnam.

is that the 376 Ngu Hanh Sun location?
@@oscarvaldez7142 that is the correct address.
Many items still not cheaper than here Europe discout prices. Here have regularry many items discount = when buy these. Chiken file sure cheaper there. Coming to Vietnan next month.... Sure much cheaper there overall.
Can i use one day 20gb other day 3gb or only every day 7gb? And it works fine? I thought viettel is the best
@@kelly4260 7gb max a day. Some people say vietelnis slightly better service. But you can only get 5gb per day and you do pay more than 125,000 per month. So it boils down to 2 gb less per day at a higher price for viettel.
