nice to see u back mate sounds like a busy 2022 i was sceptical how u seemed to be focusing more on the gutter jobs or other exterior cleaning more than the bread and butter window cleaning as thats what i focus on as thats alot more regular income! but looks like u have built that up now ! Wow that’s amazing what a great story mate …. Just wondering how you started on your very first few weeks ? How did you get work knocked doors website etc ? Did you struggle at first ? Love to know what’s best as just starting

To be honest, at the start I was posting in Facebook groups, dropping leaflets etc
The first few weeks will always be the hardest, because you’ve got loads of time on your hands and it can feel very daunting, but you must keep pushing through

I am about to start my own window cleaning company here in Norfolk. I lost my recent job and I have a ford fiesta on finance 😂 so traditional way for me... just a man without a van. I was wondering how you quote prices, is it still £1 a window?

Sorry to hear that, appreciate it was 7 months ago that you posted the comment, so hopefully everything’s going ok for you.
You can run a water fed pole system from your car, this was the plan when I started.
At the beginning I went to see every property to quote, then as we grew we need to adapt a process and system for it, so no we offer fixed pricing depending on the size of the property etc

I would say that we probably lost about 10/12 in December/ January,
We had the last 2 weeks of December off so some customers where behind a week or so.
