250g chocolate ao leite
2 gemas
2 claras
½ colher (sopa) de conhaque
Modo de Preparo
Derreta o chocolate ao leite por 1 minuto no microondas. Bata as gemas até formar um creme claro e misture ao chocolate. Adicione o conhaque e mexa. Bata as claras em neve e misture delicadamente ao creme de chocolate. Distribua a mousse em uma forma ou tigela.

Ingredients
250g milk chocolate
2 egg yolks
2 egg whites
½ tablespoon of Cognac
Method
Melt the milk chocolate for 1 minute in the microwave. Whisk together the yolks until pale, pour the chocolates and add Cognac. Whisk together the egg whites until you have medium peaks and fold them very gently into the chocolate mix. Spoon the mousse into a dish.
