How to Make Moules Marinières | Sailor-Style Mussels

How to make MOULES MARINIÈRES, SAILOR-STYLE MUSSELS? On this video I show you how to make MOULES MARINIÈRES, SAILOR-STYLE MUSSELS!
Ingredients
500g mussels
½ chopped onion
1 chopped shallot
1 tablespoon butter
100ml water
50ml white wine
Chopped flat leaf parsley
Cooking salt
Method
Fill a bowl with water, add the mussels and leave for a while. Debeard each one by grabbing the beard and firmly pull off to remove it. Drain the water and fridge. In a saucepan put butter, chopped onion, chopped shallot and stir. Remove the mussels from the fridge, add to the saucepan without the remaining water to prevent sand to be added together. Pour water, white wine and add cooking salt. Cover with the lid, stir frequently and cook for about 6 minutes or until the mussels open. Garnish with chopped flat leaf parsley.
