Thermomix TM6 Lasagne Bolognese

Looks delicious. I must cook it. One of my favourite TM6 recipes is the Chilli Con Carne. My grandchildren love it when it is cooked and I put it in an oven proof dish, cover it in cheese, stick corn chips into it and then pop it into the oven to melt the cheese. Must say I do too. 😁😁 Happy Easter. ❤️🌺

Hi Richie - I’ve made that lasagna a couple of times now and really enjoy it. My fave recipe atm is chicken curry with spinach. It’s a mild one, so if you like a hotter curry you might want to tweak the chilli amount! Sending greetings from Perth, Western Australia 😊

The chicken curry sounds good and you guessed right! I do like a hot curry so might adjust the spicing when I try it. I am actually going to do this tomorrow but a bit different. I also have problem with the TM6 that it is clumping the meat so I brown it in a pan but all other prep is done in in the TM6 and then I transfer everything too cook the sauce in a slow cooker for 6 hours. It tastes divine after a slow long cook, it's hard to not eat it out of the bowl.
