    I never thought I could “do” yoga. Others I watched I just didn’t resonate with it. You are easy to follow & learn with. When I do the sessions regularly I feel SO much better! Thank you so much Erin!

    Another great class to return to again and again. One thing I love about your classes, Erin, is that you don’t make unnecessary comments and chit chat. When you watch a favorite class multiple times, those asides can get annoying. I love the fact that I never have that problem with your classes. Your instructions are clear and you give just the right amount to allow your students to be instructed and yet allow them to focus. Thank you!

    wonderful, just what I needed for my stiff swimmers shoulders . I loved the added bonus of the tropical setting.

    I love how your including in your descriptions the various poses you are using in the practice! It’s so helpful to know better what to expect. Thank you! I continue to recommend your channel to my friends and family. You are the best yoga instructor I’ve ever practiced with (in person or on video!).

    This class was great for stretching before playing saxophone and singing! You should make a Warm up for Musicians class (chest shoulders neck and wrists)

    You help me more than anyone ever has. I appreciate you more than you can understand. Chronic pain sucks. But with this I can lower my pain from an 8 or 10 to a 5 or 6. No dr will ever understand. They just cant get a grip of what pain really is about. One asked me, 'you went to the park with pain thats an 8? ' Like i was lying. I said' well if I just laid there in bed day after day after day because of pain like some people do I would be much much worse! I have to move around. I have to do yoga.' So yeah. I thank you so much.

    Thank you for this! I've been sick with covid for a week and this really helped me get the stiffness out of my shoulders from sitting and lying down all day, while still being gentle enough for me to get through. I appreciate how you just talk through the poses and don't have any chatty asides, as I feel like they interrupt the flow of the class. Love your videos.

    I stay long hours at my desk and come back to your shoulders and hips practices once a few days. My body feels so good at the end of each class. Your explications also help because at first I used to do these postures completely wrong and you made me understand how to be in tune with my body while stretching. Thank you so much!

    You can't make a mistake Erin... This was again a superb class, amazing streches, well-thoughtout class, I loved every second of it! Thank you so much, it was a perfect addition to a 30' Forrest Yoga class :)

    I love your approach to practices. The right yoga vibe minus the mystical! I find that this practice, similar to many others I have tried for shoulder-stretches, unfortunately contains many postures which, while stretching the shoulders, create tension on the neck (e.g. thread-the-needle) I am constantly searching for shoulder-stretches that do not rely on keeping the head in a torqued position.     this flow has been a life saver for me! i saw it pop up in my subscriptions a couple days ago with the intentions of doing it ASAP. put it off too long, and my back ended up tightening so much i couldn't work. opened up this video and paused the video to hold the poses even longer. i feel so much better and i can finally touch my chin to my chest again! thank you for your amazing videos and keep it up!!

    This was great, Erin. I've been taking muscle relaxers to ease the kink in my neck and they haven't worked. But this has done the trick!

    Start at 2:08 to skip breathing. All my favorite shoulder/chest opening poses: humble warrior, holding a strap behind your back and moving your shoulders, fish pose. Level: easy
