    I'm from London, UK and have been doing your classes about 5 times per week for 3 years. I absolutely love them compared to the other popular ones. I can follow a few routines from memory and love the variety of the classes. My favourites are the 30 minute vinyassa flow. I have never attended a live yoga class but would love to do one of your classes one day. I am still not that flexible but 100x better than I was. Love your yoga videos. Thanks Erin.

    I think this is my first TH-cam comment. I'm someone who is painfully conscious of keeping my shoulders trying to tickle my ears due to stress all day. I think I've watched this video more than 10 times, and I always love how much better it makes me feel until just 30 min. The instructor really focuses on giving you small tips on how to get the best and most effective stretch. Although the class focuses on upper torso, you nonetheless get a full body class. Absolutely recommend if you spend all day in front of screens. The instructor is great too soothing yet not sleepy.

    I've been having chronic shoulder/ upper back/ chest tightness and pain lately from stress and poor sleep, and it's affected my overall energy and mood. I've tried so many different yoga vids from some of my favorite TH-cam yogis and I've also gone for Thai massage and expensive massage therapy. This is the only thing that really gets out all the pain and tension in just one video and in only 30 minutes! Literally changing my life right now. And I love your closing with peace of mind, words, and heart. Thank you so much!! Love and peace to you❤️

    I love that you have so many options for yoga classes on your channel. I’ve found a different video for each day (based on my interests and amount of time that I have) - I don’t have to repeat unless I really want to! This works perfectly for my current schedule and I also appreciate being able to choose the focus of the class for that day. I’ve enjoyed my yoga afternoons with you! Thank you!

    Jam-packed stretches for office people like me. I imagine this will help my posture too as it helps stiffness. Next is one of the Five Parks hip stretches as my weekend self yoga retreat.

    Amazing stretch flow! There's a pose that's heavy on the toes in the beginning, but I modified that. All the other poses were great. Pace is brisk so worked up a small sweat.

    Had so much of stress and pain in my upper back and chest. Feel so good now. Thanks for all your classes. Haven't been able to be consistent of late with work and joint pains. Felt so so good.

    My back pain resurfaced a few weeks ago because I haven't been going to a yoga class since Covid. I tried so many videos over the last few weeks. I found this yoga routine to be the most relaxing and beneficial for my upper back and shoulder pain. I am repeating it every morning to recover from my pain. Thank you so much!

    I can't thank you enough! I have been suffering from Fibromyalgia for 2 years which causes muscle soreness/tension and this the only thing that actually helps me. I am so glad I found this channel!

    Wow!!! This was amazing Erin! I think this was the best shoulder opening flow I've EVER done....EVER! LOL! I love how you sequence your shoulder focused classes. Even though you don't hold every pose very long, it still opens my shoulders so much. The first shoulder class I did of yours was the 20 minute neck and shoulder class and I remember thinking I needed to hold the stretches longer, but the sequence and holds worked like magic for me. I sit most days in front of my computer and over the years it has caused me so much pain. So now I know when I need TLC in my upper body to just pop on one of your shoulder classes and magic happens. Thanks for all your amazing classes...priceless!

    Thank you so much for this chest, shoulder and upper back yoga class Erin :) I really appreciate the way you combined flexibility and strength in this class. I loved the reverse table and reverse plank. The cat 1/2 bind with neck stretch was awesome, as was the shoulder stretch that we normally do on the wall taken to the floor. My body loves and needs those side bends, particularly that one from warrior two with cow's face arms, so thank you! Hope you are having a great weekend. Namaste, Melissa

    Wow, this class was perfect for my upper body this morning! I did a super intense upper body strength routine yesterday, and I am feeling a lot of soreness today. These yoga moves were great for getting me all stretched out, and I'm feeling more open and less sore now. Thanks Erin!

    This Yoga class for the upper back stretching is amazing! I was suffering because of the upper back pain for many years and from the first time i was exercising this class, I felt it was what I really need. I have tried everything before (exercising, massage, doctors, different medicines), but nothing helped. I am practicing for 3 months almost every day, and I have no more pain in my back. Thank you Erin for sharing your amazing technique of stretching, and helping people to recover the balance ;)

    Erin I’m a swimmer on a college d3 swim team. I was v close to d1 and if I had watched your videos earlier I wouldn’t gone d1. I’ve been so tight throughout whole body and I started doing this class everyday in college and made my flexibility better than anyone else’s. You need to change more athletes lives, for some people this could change them from a mediocre athlete to a god. Please consider coaching athletes in this. You accomodate to everybody:)

    Thank you for this class, I would give some advice from my experience doing this: you can stay more time in certain easy postures, like the shoulder stretch (there seems to be evidence of the benefits of holding static stretches for 15+ seconds). Other than that thought I had, it was great thank you!
