D'oh, I thought they made a tabletop RPG book that I've somehow missed and only later realized that it's about the Kickstarter board game.
I may or may not have made my TTRPG friends play through a funhouse mirror of pathologic using the Mage system. :) Having all the players have different views of reality but all being true was a great fit for the game's vibe.
this has become a must buy for me.

Thoughts:
- What are your tattoos on each forearm? They look dope
- Consider having captions; I shared with my friend and he had trouble understanding. But this may not actually be a major issue since other commenters and I understand. Plus, captions take forever, so maybe use volunteers if you do.
I would love to give this game more attention, but even the Russian version is hard to come by, and the English one is pretty much nonexistent. I believe only those who got it as a kickstarter bonus have it, or those who bought it off ebay from someone who did. I definitely would love to hear about those homebrew rules, if only I had the game itself.

funnily enough the board game was my intro to pathologic. some old friends and i used to play it on a tabletop sim, and while i didn't understand what was going on i had a great time. i almost always played haruspex, i think

I was looking at the board game recently and thought it was such a shame its so hard to get, fucking sick to see the first non-promotional video of it in my inbox
Considering the contents of my pockets I could only afford to try the Tabletop Sim version, but I must say it was pretty enjoyable. Only got to play as the plague in duel mode, but I'm excited to play more of this game with more people. It definitely feels like a Pathologic game.

I remember hearing about this table top game like a year ago, but I'm American so I reverse-engineered it with what I could find on the internet that was in english with my friends.
There is a Tabletop Simulator version of the game in English. Not a physical copy unfortunately, but that mod is quite good actually.

Seriously though, was dying to know the ins and outs of this thing ever since finishing P2 and starting P1. It most definitely is an obscurity in English (nigh on impossible find translated descriptions either). 5:14 is my desktop background, always wondered why it had some unique elements not in the games.
