I love your first jacket, I look forward to seeing how it turns out. All the best for your make nine in 2023. I watch Sain as well and I'm glad I've found someone who represents a curvier frame to follow.👩‍🌾

A great selection of patterns on your Make 9. I am looking to make the Heather Blazer at some point, and I really like the look of the Winterthur Jacket from Itch to Stitch.I have sewn up a few of their patterns and find the sizing and instructions really good. But I still like your TN31 Parka! I would be really interested to hear your thoughts on the Modern Sewing Co. as I've seen their makes on Instagram.

Hi Margaret, thanks for watching 👀, I love my TN31 Parka too and I need to replace it and I'm torn. Should I remake it or do the winterthur?
I'm looking forward to making up the Modern sewing co patterns too xx

Delighted to find you! I look forward to seeing your makes! The worker trousers, Davenport, and Belamite are of interest! I have been looking at the Belamite and Davenport! I have already succumbed to the post Christmas pattern sales ;) I purchased the Modern Sewing Co. rib sweater and Sunday trackies. Cosy clothes for the Canadian winter. I also purchased TAL Cap Sleeve Dress. So those 3 patterns are on my Make Nine. I really hope I stay the course and sew my stash and not buy anymore patterns! I am going to check out more of your videos!

Thank you for all your support Janet, it's so lovely. I've seen many of the TAL cap sleeve dress, I look forward to seeing it, and your cosy sweats, I'm looking for a good jogger pattern but can't decide. I look forward to following along with your make Nine, are you going to post it on Instagram? X

I would love the Seinna jacket. I'll probably add that to my make 9 also along with the Itch to Stitch jacket. I have the Eve dress...had it for years. I'll add that too! 😁 thanks for the inspiration and happy sewing!

Love your plans - I also have the Belemite dress and would love to make it, also the Eve dress. I have so many other plans though but I’m going to try and use my existing patterns and fabric where I can too x

Thanks Sarah 😊. I definitely have lots of plans too, fingers crossed I manage to make all my Make nine though in 2023, especially the two dresses you mentioned.

Hi Rebecca, love the blog, and what a choice of patterns. I have the Marrilla Walker pattern, as yet unmade, Also the Sienna jacket but instead I made the merchant and mills Otterline jacket, and it slotted together beautifully, my most proud make so far. …I’m trying to use my stash fabrics as I’m finding it can be a little overwhelming having a lot of fabric around. Im thinking of making the Grainline Archer shirt as I’ve had the pattern for awhile. Im loving shirts and blouses at the moment, I recently made the Fibremood Victoria, which l love.

Hi Margaret. Thank you for all your support and comments!
The Otterline jacket is a good pattern, so many I wish to make, glad you enjoyed it.
I feel the same about having a big stash, but couldn't resist the sales this week!! Definitely need to sew more to use it up!
