I always wanted a small flock (say 2-6 chooks) of my own; not just for cooking purposes, but also for silly entertainment, & as pets. Their very useful in the veggie patch also. I live in an inner-city terrace house tho, so don't have the room, unfortunately. Do you have your own flock Joel? Given your skill set, it wouldn't surprise me in the slightest if you did. 🥚🐔❤

They are basically cage free pasture roaming chicken eggs, so they are happy eggs ♥️

I make them ahead, keep them in the fridge crumbed. I haven't tried freezing them yet. I don't see why not as all the moisture is almost gone.

Don't believe what you hear, all oils are toxic except for real olive oil. Just don't smoke it.

Because they are spongy and add to bitterness. But you don't have to.
