Story time here. When we were stationed in Japan, my best friend there was from NY. She taught me how to make eggplant parm. The issue there was the eggplants are VERY small. We spent hours breading the slices and frying. She said, don’t get frustrated. When you get stateside, it won’t be THIS time consuming. Lol. Drooling watching your video.
I really need to know how she always wears an impeccable stainless white blouse/dress/whatever while cooking boiling hot tomato sauce. When I finish my tomato sauce it looks like I went to war LMAO. I always cover the pan with tin foil or any sort of paper lol

@yanidudut8597 they do sometimes. A classic example is caponata. It's a sweet and sour (agrodolci) eggplant dish originating from Sicily.
