    Hello Dr G thank you so much for your shows, I watch your video every Thursday morning in Australia, our time is 7am in Queensland Australia, just by doing your Smoothies, my inflammation on my knees are gone without any medication, I am 68 years of age, thank you so much Dr G, you are a saviour ! ❤ Inez

    I do HN bc I love the green smoothie and add other cooked beggies and so,r whole grains. eat cheap. I’m growing all my veggies so I know my soil is nutritious and organic.

    Can you please share more about migraines around periods? I used to suffer from migraines for weeks at a time 3 out 4 weeks in a month. When i cut out meat and dairy and majority of processsed foods, i solely have them around that time. And neck would always ache with them. Thanks so much dr. G. Peace and love

    I’ll let you know about the cataracts. Will be on your HN protocol for about two months before I see my opthamologist in November and schedule for cataract surgery next year. Hopefully I’ll have good news for you next year. 🎉

    I’ve been “fired” by my rheumatologist because I refused to start on cimzia! He laughed at my plan for hyper nutrition

      I can relate to this my room tala just want even give me any Cortizone shots and would rather have me walk around in pain because I don’t want to take the meds it’s been two years with no meds and they say that nutrition and diet has nothing to do with it but I am here to tell you it absolutely does

      Very sorry. You deserve to be treated with respect regardless of whether or not you follow a provider's guidance. Even the most conventional provider could at least say "I'm worried but I also truly hope your diet works and I am available if I can help you at any time in the future." You deserve a more professional and compassionate rheumatologist.

      Doctors…all lot of them have a huge ego based on nothing as they have never healed any disease. They just treat the symptoms. Themselves they are even not healthy 😂

    All blood tests are in normal range with exception of LDL. 116 Hint on how to lower. I make yiur green smoothie EXACTLY as you show, punching down the greens, etc. I ate semi cooked veggies and so,e fruit, not a lot.

    I would think the green sprouts from the garbanzo beans would be OK because you’re not eating the beans you’re eating the sprouts, but that’s just my opinion. I do love broccoli sprouts they’re great in smoothies and on salads.

    Thank you for your work! I have read your books and I have ready had a smoothie daily but have added more greens and raw food (plant based diet, mostly Whole Foods). I wanted to ask about the protocols for migraine and connective tissue disorders like EDS/HSD. Also, how much does the rapid recovery course cost?

    Apr 24....love what your smoothies and turning to plant based diet has done for me. My wife suffers from a multitude of chronic illnesses....stroke, COPD, diabetes, cholesterol, blood pressure. But recently suffering from Crohn's and severe diarrhea. She currently has been hospitalized because of her dehydration and her magnesium levels dropped dangerously low. Do you have any suggestions or some way we can work with you so you can learn more about her, etc ..?

    ??? How do I get exactly 300 mcgs of Iodine?? My TSH is elevated to 4.8 and losing hair, extremely fatigued, and lost outer 3rd of eyebrows.
    I am determined to keep eating cruciferous, and ground flax, but they interfere with iodine absorption in thyroid from what I understand.

      Dr has said get your iodine in between the cruciferous veg. Not at the same time.

    Love your content Dr. G. I researched the avocado's effect on cholesterol. The studies that I found were replacement studies. Apparently animal fat was replaced with avocado...so is it the avocado itself that lowers cholesterol, or the removal of harmful animal fat?

      Animal fat contains cholesterol. Cholesterol comes from meat and dairy and eggs. Avocadoes do not contain cholesterol. When I gave up meat and dairy and eggs, my cholesterol came down to normal.

      Not as a replacement. Studies can be misleading...

      Did you look up the protein content. Avocado, broccoli etc are higher in protein

    I have lupus and I am using this plan for 2 months now and I feel much better but I lost 30 lbs in 2 months is that normal and is none spicy Kimchi ( washed out the spicy) considered vegetable based diet? Please 🙏 let me know and I use that for the tasty of my salad every day thou. ❤

      Add a full tablespoon of lemon juice as it will smooth out that green taste that so many don’t like

      Are you making and drinking Dr. Goldner's green smoothies every day? If you get healthy, your doctor won't make any money off you and he knows nothing about nutrition. Please read Dr. Goldner's books.

      It means your kidney function is very low!! I was at 59 gfr is started the smoothies and started drinking 64-96 oz of water guess what gfr up to 78

      Glomerular filtration rate...you want it tobe at least 60 or above....60 at minimum to stay out of kidney disease...but the higher the better.

      Try cabbage in your smoothies instead of spinach. Cauliflower is also good
