I work as a delivery driver for an Amazon dsp part time as a second job. Not easy at all but when the routes are 100 -120 stops it’s pretty cool. But as I continue to pick up shifts on the weekends I thought about owning a dsp myself in the future. Thank you for this info!
you just blew my mind with this video!!! Thank you!!!
Good informative video, thank you. God bless you.👍✌️❤️
This is helpful for a variety of businesses! ❤
No gristle, and I was left wanting to know more. I bet it’s not as easy as it sounds though. 😂
I was watching a different video were they explaned the cons, like if Amazon decides to remove you as a delivery partner ( becuase they can for no reason), or if one of your drivers hit someone or damages the van that is leased from amazon.
Amazing, I love entrepreneurship, it's lots of hard work, stress and risk.
Totally agree!
She sounds very smart ❤❤❤❤
Awesome content!! thank you
Glad you liked it!
Very educative
Great content!
Thank You!
Love it thank you
Being a delivery driver was tough. The owner was always stressed with emergencies like injuries and broken vans. I lasted five months, dealing with too many stops, dirty vans, and no recognition for doing well. The lack of appreciation and high turnover made it clear that the job wasn't great.
As a DSP owner, there were many time I had to be in a van delivering packages myself. Completely agree that being a delivery driver is a tough job. I also agree there needs to be better support and recognition for delivery drivers. Balancing the demands of running a delivery service while mitigating emergencies requires immense effort and resources. Your owner's stress likely stemmed from the responsibility to ensure both the safety of the drivers and the efficiency of the operation.
Great content
Thank you!
No one cares about revenue... Where's the net income?
Net income is subjective and owner specific. With decent operations a minimum profit margin of 10% is not uncommon.
@@shesjenclarkenet income is subjective but who cares about revenue? As if that revenue is coming to your pocket? 😂
10% that’s trash !!!!
Very smart
Scaling a business to $1,000,000 in profit from starting with Zero loan, $10,000 in starting capital, and operating through Year 1 is Godly. Your Cash on Cash return is insane in that scenario (granted you have to GROW over years, but you started cheaply). I suppose you over achievers could make 6 figures, work for a company for a decade, and make $1,000,000, I suppose.
I just applied to be a DSP owner today! Great video!
Thank You! Wish you the best!
@@shesjenclarke just got an email saying “nope” in a nutshell
@@seebiedeebiewhy did they say no?

With new Amazon location, needing first DSP, does Amazon provide revenue projection, employees / vans needed?
THANKYOU for this video.. I’m seriously considering DSP owner but I had a question. You’re very savvy to have your own sprinter vans but what will you do when they switch over to electronic vans?
Sell the vehicles. The vehicles are an asset, you can always sell them.
Don’t work with this horrible capalist company that has no regard for the mental health of drivers it’s just a profitable business at the expense of someone’s life

She's gonna have to in order to afford the lease and maintenance of those electric pieces of crap.
Yeah, you generated $10M but how much is left after expenses?
Is actually a very good idea. A total control of the essentials is a must, you need to keep the vehicles running anyway, and you right the savings is noticeable! Can I ask a question please. What is the total investment for the Amazon DSP, and is it available in areas like the west Cost US? Thank you.
From my knowlege Amazon only require $10,000 to start. The 10k goes to buying the stuff you need the first month. DSP program is in almost every state and definitely on the West Coast.
@@JAmCaM212 Thank you very much!
❤❤❤❤❤
I wouldn’t mind doing this but I’ve heard of them closing businesses down with no heads up. Making you the owner responsible for the debt. To me that what Makes the con outweigh the pro. You can get revenue base loans and loc most banks only care about the gross. So you can use it as leverage. But Im going to call Amazon to get all the information.

Thank you!
Who do they pull for credit
Only 10 million, sorry not enough. Need more.
I’m Leul, and I’m reaching out with a humble request. I’ve always dreamt of owning a motorcycle for freedom and livelihood, but financial constraints have kept this dream out of reach.
We may be strangers, but I believe in the power of compassion. If you could help me acquire a functional motorcycle, it would be a life-changing act of generosity.
Thank you for your time and understanding, even if you can’t help. Your empathy means the world to me.
This is AWESOME!! You talk a little fast for me, so I've had to rewind a lot. That being said, driver here. I've always wanted to know the other side of how a DSP is ran. I love to understand the big picture of things. It's easier to have more compassion if you have understanding, but they just don't tell us how these DSP's operate; actually they really don't tell us anything. My current DSP is a one woman ran show. I don't know how she does it. My previous DSP had HR, Safety and Ops departments.
I had no idea renting was more expensive; I always thought it was to sneak out of the safety metrics from Netradyne. When we go from Fantastic Plus to Good, they put us in rentals for a week. Looking forward to more videos!
How do I join
Can you explain how you are not violating contract? Usually the Amazon station has a list of supported dealers you can take your van in for maintenance
I don't think that is true. They have options, but you can take the vans wherever you want. They control the vehicle aspects by doing inspections daily at the station where the vans get the packages.
They also have preferred renter companys, but you can rent from anywhere you want.
Oh, is this where our DPS's fantastic plus driver bonuses go?
🤔
The bonus is for the company. The company chooses what to do and what not.
The drivers part is the paycheck for the job we do (I'm a driver as well).
I wonder of the drivers are treated Ok, but congratulations
It Depends on the DSP owner. Just like all franchise have different owners, each owners treats their employees different.
Wow I respect your plan. I believe woman are the brain of business. There are about the game no play God bless . I love to learn from you can u be my mentor
LMAO 😂 What? Haha
You mean do the work for you
Don’t work for Amazon DSP. Don’t even start a business. You’re not an entrepreneur. You’re a middle level manager.
So this video is for millionaires lol. Not buying a MAACO
I wouldn’t tell these lies😢. Please stop. How many poor people have quit?
If you make 10Mil why are you still in TH-cam ? I mean who is on TH-cam making 10Mil?
how do we get racist dsps fired because ethicspoint goes right to people who work in the dsp and they do nothing fire you for voicing concerns about vans that are unsafe to drive
As you say beautifully, but Amazon and others will give you the current to earn a belt for your pants. It's an advertisement and that's it. You need to have 100+ cars. They want you to carry their loads for corn
Corn is used to make almost everything.
