Remember that there are some situations that are actually left with no conversation. It’s OK to leave a toxic friendship with no explanation. If you have a friend that’s been harming- ask yourself if they actually deserve any explanation for your departure?? If they really did something very abusive . Most of the time they know. Keep your boundaries locked down. And don’t allow any of their spies to call you to get your information either. Yes - there are people you can re- unite with - and it’s worth it. But always evaluate which relationships serve you well.

When I've asked these friends what's going on our why they won't speak to me. Then I conclude that the friendship wasn't what I thought it was.

This is horseshit advice. If our "friend" was really a "friend" they'd let you know if they're mad about something, whether or not it was your fault. But just cutting a friend off with no explanation is childish. They clearly don't value your friendship. You don't need "friends" like this. They never were friends. Just acquaintances. This advice is horseshit.

I totally agree with you. It's very childish. I have had a few people, even some family members that went MIA, never to hear from them again. It's a terrible feeling that even yoga won't let me forget. When you do nothing wrong you realize these people were just using you for their gains and when they didn't need you anymore, they cut you off.

I screwed up out of fear, and recently lost a whole group of people I always thought I would at least be able to talk things over with. It's been a really hard time, and I'm doing my best to give it time and space, patience and all that. But I miss them, and I've got no choice but to wait and hope in time things can heal, and yeesh, that's been challenging to navigate.
Anyway, thanks for this well timed video to help remind me that I'm already doing what I can about that situation.
