Zepher is my go to bow. I use it over all other bows, and for the most part all weopons as a whole. This bow really shines with lv 70 archery, with the added reduced draw speed perk. And you can Smith this via potion loop for god like damage.

Real talk, though, the ring of Namira is an incredibly powerful item for both health and stamina builds, and the quest for it has no level requirement. There's really no reason not to just do the quest and get the ring. Verulus is useless anyway.
Eola also makes for a good sacrifice to Boethia during the quest for the Ebony Mail, for those who didn't like this quest but want all the Deadric Artifacts.

I ate everyone in the temple, avenging Verulus (he seemed like a nice guy). I dissed Namira's ring even though I was psyched to get it. As the reincarnation of Shor, is in my nature to not let these filthy Daedras feel that I worship or respect them for that matter.

On the other hand, you do get the help of a rather large group of bloodthirsty cultists of hircine, even if they can only serve as momentary distractions or a small amount of additional dps.

Although I don’t condone cannibalism in any form, and although I believe that the people that worship Namira are cannibalistic maniacs, my excuse is that I’m part dragon and part wolf. Dragons and wolves eat humans, so it technically isn’t cannibalism for me or anyone else that can call themselves ‘Dragonborn’.
I got 13 artifacts on one save but when I go to the spot to get the spell breaker quest the guy isn’t there and I didn’t go with the eating people thing in hall of the dead at markarth, can I still get the last 2 done on new game and will it still work to get the trophy?
Between this ring, Vampirism, and Lycanthropy....bandit camps are looking less like an annoyance and more like an all you can eat buffet

You don't need to talk to Klepr to start the quest. You can just go straight to the Keep and overhear the Silverblood guy talking to the priest.

I saved Verulus by slaying all those cannibals with the ebony blade and then killed him too.

A nice little detail is that on survival mode, eating a corpse with the ring on namira satisfies your character's hunger meter.
