How interesting, you are probably the second person I've heard of treating tinnitus with infrared light. Please do follow up if it has helped you. I found two studies, one more detailed than the other, which might be helpful for you. I believe you should use 630-660nm for such treatments. Thanks for the feedback and good luck 🙏🏻 . Here is a quote from the study “5. Conclusions
Our study has shown that LLLT was effective for the treatment of tinnitus. The most successful treatments were vacuum therapy + transcochlear LLLT (G2), transmeatal LLLT at a 660-nm wavelength and 100 mW of laser power for 15 min (G9) and laser puncture (G10). New protocols in studies involving a larger patient population must be carried out to refine the LLLT protocols proposed in our study. Future studies should investigate the long-term effects of LLLT in tinnitus patients, as well as the dosimetry, wavelength and number of sessions of LLLT.[…]” www.mdpi.com/2075-4426/13/4/581

What a coincidence! I just started using it for that very purpose last week. I read an interesting article about it on Hooga's website. We'll see if I get better teeth/gums. I was thinking of making a video about this sometime in the future. I'll leave a link for you to read about it. Thanks for the tip! How has it worked for you for oral health? My mom had teeth extraction a year ago and coz of her age, bone healing is slower. So I’m thinking of using this for her healing.

Hi, I'm glad you asked. This is something I will make a video about in the middle to end of the summer. But I can give you a little recap. I have used it to treat the inside of my cheeks right by the wisdom teeth. I have some kind of scarring that sometimes gets extra sore when I have a lot of work, as I bite these pockets in my sleep and they get easily inflamed. So far, I haven't had any issues with inflammation, but on the other hand, I have been managing stress better as well. So, it's about 60/40 on whether it works or not. It seems to have improved. Regarding your mother, I think it might be worth a try if you aren't getting any help from healthcare. I should add that it is quite difficult to treat the mouth, and 3-minute treatments can feel like an eternity. An alternative is a smaller panel if she has other ailments. I have made a list of different devices that you can browse and compare. I have also included discount codes if you want a better price, but it's not necessary to use them. I will include a link to my website where you can find the list. Feel free to reach out if you have more questions.
      Best regards,
      Philip
