Would this help my knee pain?

It should be able to provide relief for knee pain due to mild to moderate osteoarthritis. You'll need to apply it about 3x/day, 5-10 minutes each time. Alternatively, there are LED velcro wraps that you can wrap around your knee.

I heard some led therapy torch is hot to hold after 5 mins use. What about this item u recommend here, even after more than 10 mins use?

No, this one does not get hot to hold. Just rest the LED for 5 minutes after 10 minutes of use

@@painandinjurydoctor Thanks for replying, but may I know if its not hot to hold why it needs to rest after 10 mins use? Normally we'd like to use it continuously on several parts of our body but the need to rest it is not so user friendly then. Picolabb brand can leave it on thruout the night or daytime.

Are the protective glasses mandatory to use? I can see you even point the torch into your eyes without wearing the glasses

You could use it without the protective glasses; it's mostly for those who are sensitive to bright light.

Can this be used for vision improvement?

There was a recent study that supported red light for improving vision. However, I would definitely check with an opthalmologist before doing it.

I don't think it would help tinnitus, as that is neurological in nature and part mechanical
