    What makes Tarot so beautiful is that it is related to man’s ability to communicate to another; There are infinite ways to depict The Fool (From a comically dimwit about to be pushed off a cliff by his dog to the same card depicting a young girl sitting on the edge of the cliff with a puppy in hand) and learning the depictions one can learn that language of the deck. 🖤💜

    I love this woman. From the first sight I fell in love:) She is so eloquent. It's a pleasure to listen to her no matter what she says:) What I like the most is when Isabelle starts barking out of a sudden and Kelly says as if severely, "Isabelle, stop". :) Lots of love.

    OMG - In 20 minutes you have explained the most common sense & understandable way to learn so many cards. If only the course I went to taught it like that! Thank you so much for sharing your knowledge.

    I did a quick search on your channel for an intro video to share with a longtime friend who just became interested. And, boom, here’s a fairly recent one I didn’t remember watching. So cool! Also, how funny that you made it for a friend of yours who had just gotten into tarot, too! I love synchronicities!

    What a great introduction you made for beginners learning tarot! When it comes to reversals, I like the idea that they are just an expansion of the tarot vocabulary because it adds to it. It is not always a negative meaning nor is it always the "opposite" of what the card means in the upright position. Certain cards like The Sun remain positive in spite of being reversed. That's how I decided to keep up with reversals going forward rather than flip-flopping between using them and not over time like I used to do. I love the sound advice you gave for beginners.

    No doubt, the other experienced tarot influencer ladies will make it a point to watch this.
    It's always a pleasure to listen to you talk about tarot.
    I hope you're well always 🙏.

    Hey Kelly, have you ever thought of doing tarot card readings on your channel? Like a Pick A Card reading where you have 3-5 piles of tarot and oracle cards or something.

    • @TheTruthinStory
      @TheTruthinStory  5 ปีที่แล้ว +5

      I have done them in the past and am probably over due to do one :) I have found they can get a bit overwhelming live both for myself and moderators trying to organize names and having to stop at some point and cut people off, but I've also drawn X amount before hand and those have gone better.

    interesting. i read the majors, mostly, the way you do. i see that you are showing how to read the minors as pips (i.e. not rws). i've, sort of, combined the two systems for myself. when i read (again, i only read for myself), i never ask a specific question. i use an oracle card to indicate what the topic of the reading shall be (in most cases). it's a conversation with myself using prompts and i think it's important for one to realize that there really is no (completely) wrong way to read. i agree, re: being consistent. figure out how you read and then read that way. period. if you start doing this and that, you'll end up stuck.
